Hello gurus in the house. Please I have a few questions.
First if I am using a sponsor to apply for a visa and the sponsor has a company but he wants to sponsor personally. Does he still need to add his company account statement or just his personal account statement is enough and does he need to make them know he has a company.
Secondly if the applicant has transactions that looks like a lump sum. Let’s say 1m different times deposited but the funds are no longer available in the account does the account still need to explain and talk about the funds even when it’s no longer in the account.

Please experts help me attend to this. I beg

I don't think Fanshawe College has a suitable course that matches Environmental Sciences at post graduate level.

You may want to search through their Graduate Certificate programs at https://www.fanshawec.ca/international/new-applicants/programs-international-students/graduate-programs-international
Thanks

I am very much interested in how you were able to secure funding. I am thinking of seeking for admission into Ucalgary for fall 2023. Comp Sc

Go to the school's website, the department of computer science and see the profiles of all professors. Those that are accepting students often indicate it there. Then you can shoot your cold email to those you are interested in their research work. Check other U15 universities, they are money bag when it comes to funding.

Good day my Canadian family I greet you all

Please I need your insight and advice on this case

My sis got admission for her MBA in the university of Canada west and she wants to go with her family of 5 three children the her husband.

All documents are ready to apply
meanwhile we dont know how best to sort her living expenses because of the dependant

Does it make any sense if all the funds required both tuition and living expenses is deposited in her account as a gift deed roughly 30m or the person should just stand as a sponsor please what's your take and those who have done family package please enlighten us more on this

And should the living expenses of the dependants for the whole of 2years be available or it's only the first year required please I need your take

She has paid her tuition deposit which is 7900 and the only money that will be reflecting in her account henceforth is the money hoping to be deposited in his account which is roughly 30m, how best did you think we can handle the handle the funds to avoid the issues of lump sum.

Thanks expecting your feedback

This particular question has not been answered, I would like to know also, as this applies to me as well.

Are you making use of the old portal? Because I used the new portal for my application so I might not understand what you’re going through.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by Nino22: 7:44am On Jun 11, 2022
I secured my admission since December last year, applied for school scholarships around March. None forthcoming yet. I want to apply for the study permit now. And recent comments on this thread shows that it's best for sponsors to be closely related to whomever they are sponsoring. In my situation. My sponsor has a company in Canada. And he is capable of sponsoring me. I just don't want to make mistakes especially concerning the proof of funds aspect. I dunno if there is any other option or line of thought that I've not considered already to ensure positive responses from the VO

ShowYoung:

Any legitimate person can be your sponsor in as much as you can prove relationship and explain beyond reasonable doubts the reason for sponsorship. This lies in how strong and constructive your SOP and documentation is.

Kindly refer to and read from part 1 of this thread in order to be loaded with the right information on how to apply for study permit: but let me summarize the process.

Visa application is a straight forward process that requires transparency and thorough documentation and explanations.

To begin, you must secure an admission and honour all the terms and conditions of the admission; after this, you can proceed to applying for study permit. After applying, you'll be asked to do biometric: you could wait to be asked to go for medical examination or do it upfront. After these processes, you must wait for a decision on your application. A decision can be given within days, weeks, months, a year or more depending on some factors and how complex your situation is.

You will need to ask questions on each step as you progress.

You are wasting unnecessary time here, go ahead and apply so your application will be processed in time whenever the balance is approved, you can upload via web form,
my thoughts tho.
Isyma:
Advice needed,
*Tuition deposit paid. Form A has been approved to complete full tuition.
*Self sponsorship and backup from brother.
*Session resuming September 6th.
*Visa application not submitted yet, looking forward at next week, I'm delaying kind of to see if the remaining tuition will be disbursed by stanbic.
*I also plan on doing upfront medicals

?? What are my chances please?
?? Am I still on the right track

That’s what I did but till now they’ve not debited me even after form A approval.

Is there anyway I can speed up the tuition payment? Sigh
I don’t want eligibility to start without me paying tuition at least .

Hello famousprince,
I had an issue like that and bugged Showyoung. He patiently helped out. I suggest you check the file format used. Download and use an acrobat reader to download and save the file.
I guess if you compare files uploaded and one not you will notice it is not saved in the same format.

Good morning family, please I'm.filling my imm1294e form and there are some sections thats a bit unclear.
1. For the cost of study I'm going for a 4 year PhD program, does this means tuition for a year or for four years ?
2. Similarly does the funds available for my stay means for the entire duration of program or per year?

3. I received a fully funded scholarship when indicating my fees would be paid by other do I simply write "Scholarship"?
Note I had previously chose "No" in the eligibility page inquiring about scholarships because the awarding institution in this case my University wasn't listed among the awarding bodies

Pls guys help me clarify, thanks again

Whether post graduate or undergraduate, they both follow similar processes.

1. Secure admission.
2. Honour admission terms and conditions.
3. Apply for study permit.

Each of the aforementioned processes has sub-processes. Embark on the journey first, as you encounter blockade, come here ask questions so as to manouver your ways.

Alternatively, do yourself a favour by starting from part 1 of this thread and load yourself with information.

With reference to the bolded in your comment above: it's the best way of proving relationship between an applicant and a sponsor; yes, it's incontestable: but in your case as you have explained the relationship between you and your sponsor; what happens if your sponsor is not closely related to you? Does it mean there is no way to establish and prove cordial relationship? Does it mean everybody's sponsor must be a relative?
