You have to give it to Peserio...He seem to be more flexible in his approach and under the players well . So far, we aren't seeing players being played out of position... I'd like to see him try and 4-3-3... We need a balanced midfield when Ndidi returns

Maybe. Perhaps Peseiro sees him more as a pointman than as one who plays off another pointman. He could come in off the bench.
