Good, but Peter Obi should not settle for a VP position. We need to sanitize this country for good.

Just the way he sanitized Anambra by not conducting LGA elections in 8 years....

Settle ko, kettle ni...who go dash am VP sef?

Oga, I am from Anambra. So, you can't tell me about Obi.

Let Obi go and ask Osinbajo how market... presidential elections no be beans o.

Common primaries naim Obi run comot for PDP...Obi can't run a typical presidential general elections in Nigeria... common primaries sef swallow Osinbajo, a sitting VP.

Nonsense report. Labour party is currently in court over who the authentic chairman is and as long as there is a legal dispute, no action as serious a merger can take place. Inec has set June 17 as deadline for submission of candidates while the Federal High Court will rule on June 30 on who the real LP chairman is. It is a certainty that the loser will appeal up to the supreme court.

Why start at the presidency, why not winning local, state/regional elections. Even in societies where the democracy is very strong, independent or no name party no dey win presidential elections not to talk of Nigeria. You really believe when hungry Senators, monarchs, thugs etc are shouting for president to release money for their bellies, how long do you think Obi can resist before turning into persona non grata?

In sensible countries, movements are built from the ground up but in 9ja, it must start from the top, when the top now fails, there's no foundation to stand on and everything goes to shitz, there's a reason you don't hear from Sowore, Obi, Utomi even Atiku until election period grin
you can't start at the local levels because there is zilch powers at that end of government.
no LG can even raise a security team to secure a local church or monitor movements of non locals in the community, so what's the point exactly?

Are you saying youths cannot form their own party and contest several elections from local, state and national level in this country? We all know how much BB9ja makes from short code SMS mostly from youths, are you saying the youths of this country don't have sense to build something fromt he ground up?

If kwankwanso can swallow pride and take the position of VP their party will go far with the force Peter Obi is coming with join his own many PDP and APC politicians will resign from politics.

and how does this change the fact that an LG cannot raise a security team to police their environment from invaders?

Is it not better for Obi to be Atiku running mate than Kwankwaso

I repeat, what Obi needs are dissatisfied Nigerians.... We don't need kwakwanso. He needs us the Nigerian people. The power is with the people now NOT some "powerful" politicians.
Apart from God behind Obi,who is he without the people?

Dissatisfied Nigerians? I hear you.

What about hungry Nigerians? They make up over 80% of the population. Tinubu and Atiku already found them, while Obi is still planning on finding dissatisfied Nigerians.

What do you mean by we don't need Kwankwaso? Who are the we? Oga, Obi needs Kwankwaso. Go and check the drawing board, to become Nigeria's president, a candidate has to win significantly in either the Northwest or Southwest.

And even when Obi gets Kwankwaso, it is still a tight chance for them. The reason for the call is for them to make a bold statement in the election, not necessarily to guarantee a win.

Upon successfully making a bold statement, they could continue to build on it over the next 4 or 8 years.

But if you insist he doesn't need Kwankwaso, no wahala, we sidon dey watch una.

Why not disprove what I said instead of trying so hard to make sense?

Did Obi conduct LGA elections in Anambra in his 8 years as governor?

Has Obi been truly tested in a proper election, outside being a beneficiary of a court judgement and leveraging incumbency power to stay in power?

Did he stay to participate in the PDP primary to critically test his acceptability in a truly national party?

Would you say that what he underwent in the Labour Party is enough to test his acceptability nationally?

To what extent is the Labour Party a national party?

When you guys overhype the man, I wonder if he wasn't the same that was impeached by the State House of Assembly?

Anyways, 2023 is near...all of these talks we soon end.

"We" are the Nigerians dissatisfied with the old order.Dissatisfied with stories why simple things can't be fixed etc
Kwankwaso is nothing without his supporters so also is Obi.
Obi is just the face of the average Nigerian- that we.
He symbolizes that nonentity that wants to be president but the powers that be(the Atikus) says he's not qualified simply because he has no godfather. Even a Wike that was a governor yesterday insults him because he has state money to waste...

Summary
Many oppressed Nigerians see themselves in Obi and without money adopted him as their voice. Kwakwanso has a different following that are predominantly his beneficiaries and tribesmen. His influence is mostly in Kano and if another northern Muslim contests with him other than kano, he's likely to lose.
Even a thieving Ganduje outsmarted him in Kano in the last election
