HRprof: I seriously don’t know why people use agents for visiting visas. Just do the application yourselves. These agents can get someone ban for years. |

No, it's a new statement but the bulk money will still reflect. Can we just submit my own bank statement and payslips alone and leave her own to avoid issues again? giselle237: |

SamGryffindor: If your destination is Leeds the easiest option is to land in Manchester. However if you're a first timer, I'll advice you avoid Manchester and go through Heathrow where Immigration is already used to seeing a lot of Nigerian first timers. The route to Leeds from Heathrow is long but a much safer option for your first visit. Subsequently you can use Manchester. Immigration at Manchester can be pain |

Hello. Please can anyone here clarify? I'll be glad. I want to know if salary irregularities have any effect on visa approval for UK... For example, in my case, my salary per month is paid like the middle of the next month. (that is.. between 10 th and 22nd). Also my salary varies per month as I'm paid per day (ranges btween 156,000 and 180,000) I plan to submit statement for 3 months and provide pay slip as well as letter of employment. Please, can anyone confirm if these irregularities will affect my application. Thanks in advance |

AdesinaOBD:Didn't you give the agent consent to use documents that are not yours for your application? If you are aware, you are an accomplice. Why coming to blame him because it failed. |

BruceXavier:My first time in UK, I flew in into Manchester, I didn't even spend up to 1min with immigration. I guess it depends on who you meet |

Please gurus in the house, please help on this. For a widow whose only source of money is from her children and her children want her to visit one of them in the UK (a british citizen) and he is the one fully funding the trip, what will she select in the Income part of the form? Do you have another income or any Savings? Option A: Other regular income Option B: Savings Option C: I do not have any income or savings Please note: If she choose Other regular income and select from family members, she does not have any money in the account opened for her. Please how best can we answer this? Thank you all |

Good morning All, I need some further clarification. We are family of 4 myself, my wife and two lovely girls. My wife applied for s student visa in one of the UK universities. CAS issued, biometric done. But my fear is that ; (1) My wife who is the main applicant has 17 years study gap and in that 17 tears gap she has 15 years working experience where 13 years in within the federal civil service while two years is in teaching experience (2) Her first degree is in French language and she is going for International business mgt in UK. Is there anything to be afraid of. Thanks |

Senpurelove: Sometimes when you put out a question and get no answer it doesn't directly translate to being ignored it may just mean that the question or worries is no worries and needs no answer. 2 Likes |

Senpurelove: Nothing to be afraid for, if you and your wife have put in her student's visa application has required by the British commission then you good. If the study gap and change of course were problems the university won't have offered her an admissions to start with |

nysot: Well, you can only explain things as they are and provide evidence at hand. Otherwise, they may want to pust the trip a little further to afford all parties the room to fix the holes. |

Mrvalent:get a letter from your workplace/employer indicating these things you just wrote. That would make it official. You can also state it on your cover letter as well. I believe with an official explanation, backed by your pay slips and bank statements you have a nothing much to worry about. 1 Like |

Senpurelove: I don’t see anything to worry about at all, the gap in studies is irrelevant to anyone. You have people who go back to studying in their 40-50s. So don’t worry yourselves. |
