Entails helping you upload your documents at the VAC They didn't render any assisted services, I just had to pay for it so I can be able to book an appointment since I wasn't able to book a free appointment. davodyguy: |

Good evening everyone, please I want to ask this question on behalf of a friend. The question goes thus, I work as a chef using seaman's book and ID card to enter into the UK for my contracts and return back to Nigeria after every 6 month, this my last contract, I opted for local leave to visit my friend in the UK who sent the documents requested from my place of work and my local leave of 2 weeks was granted, so I spent the 2 weeks with my friend in the UK and I returned back to Nigeria according to stipulated time for my local leave. So now, I want to apply for UK visit visa, the same person I spent my local leave with will be sending me invitation and documents to accompany the invitation. So do you think I can apply for long term visit visa of 2/more years visit visa since I've been entering into the UK though not with visa but documents that permit me to enter into the UK to work on the ship. Because most of my contract is always 6 months and if I apply for 6 months, the visa would have expired before my contract finished. Thanks in advance for answers |

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by williams20(m): 9:04am On Oct 14 |
Kenelekan: Here are a few points to note before you go incur heavy delivery bills in the UK. 1. Do you have good Health insurance that covers your wife's Delivery in the UK 2. Do you know birthing in the UK when you're not a permanent resident on the UK will earn your child nothing 3. Do you know health care is very expensive in the UK if you're paying out of pocket 4. If you have medical history that is making you consider birthing abroad and you can afford it then you can go ahead , apply for a visitors visa but include the doctor's recommendation and appointments with any GPs or Gynaecologists in the UK |

Hello Fam, I raised administrative review on the refusal of my Visa application, and since then I haven't been able to upload documents to back up my appeal. Whenever I click on the link where documents are uploaded, it shows "page cannot be found". I have copied the email address, sent a direct mail with my documents attached yet it didn't go through. What could be the cause? Do I need to get someone that's resident in the UK to help me upload my documents? |

Is it possible for me to use a company I registered to claim work experience for school admission and visa purpose, the years of experience they require which I don't have, will this fly for school and visa purpose. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by giselle237: 8:30am On Oct 15 |
UGF1:For administrative review it is previously submitted documents that would be considered. They would not consider new information- that is why it is called an administrative review. |

nlenq: Hiw can u come to the UK without funds to sustain you for at least 3 to 4 months When we tell you it's not easy in the UK you people will never listen. Don't worry your eye go soon clear. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by AfahaAbia(m): 10:23am On Oct 15 |
Kenelekan: Oga or madam(which ever one) going to the UK to give birth to a baby is a total waste of funds. Your child wouldn't get citizenship or whatever you're thinking the benefits will be. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by UGF1: 11:37am On Oct 15 |
giselle237: Thank you. Should I just upload only the additional documents UKVI requested? I have email evidences and acknowledgement mail from UKVI that confirmed additional documents submitted. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by UGF1: 11:46am On Oct 15 |
giselle237: The link is rejecting the email address, it shows page not found as soon as I click on it. This is why I haven't been able to upload my documents. |
