Can someone post the picture of the “ alleged failed donor “ let’s see if he’s a old boy or young boy ?

From that letter , Ekweremmandu signature looked inserted like business center scanning .

For the young or old boy to seek for asylum show him and his advisers knows what he is doing .

Next he will tell them his life will be under threat if he come back to Nigeria.

Ekweremmadu is innocent till proven guilty. Thank God he’s been tried in competent court and he’s the victim.
Also it’s a case of black against black. So we won’t see miscarriage of justice.

He couldn't have taken a random donor all the way to the UK. That murrrafuka is guilty as charged. Sentence him to death already.

Is the boy 15 or 21?
And he chose a random donor too from Nigeria?

That guy is certainly over 21 years of age...

However, if he has certificate indicating him to be a minor, then Ekweremadu is in soup!

Nigerian politicians are wicked, they make the masses poor, so they can subject them to anything they want, including selling their kidney and body organs, kidnappings, rituals.
A hungry man can do anything.
Ekweremadu and other politicians should be arrested, they have destroyed Nigeria.

Thank God, it is not Nigeria handling the case!
There is document stating that the boy is 21as presented by Ekweremadu but the boy said he is 15.
The organs did not match and they started maltreating the boy, leading to the boy running away and having to report to the British Police.
Whatever the case, it is certain that justice will be carried out!

The test to know if the kidney is compatible or not is not done in Nigeria. You need to undergo the test first before the real transplant is done. Same thing goes for blood donor. You don't just donate blood just like that. A sample of your blood would first be taken for screening before you are asked to donate.
What part of the test can't be done in Nigeria, please explain? Is it the blood typing or tissue typing or PRA test that can't be done in Nigeria?

It might surprise you to know that kidney transplant procedures are being done in Nigeria.

I trust the UK to do a thorough job. This is not Nigeria where known criminals are granted bail. If the Ekweremadus are found guilty, which I know they are that's the end for them. Some of u bringing letter that he informed the embassy are clowns. Was he going to smuggle guy into uk b4? Am sure the young man isn't aware he was traveling for his organ to be harvested and dumped back to Nigeria to start roaming the street again while Ekweremadu daughter continue living fly. The story that the organ didn't match is laughable. Why will any sane person go through all these traveling procedure without confirming that d donor is a match. My mind tells me the senator is guilty. Don't underestimate the wickedness of this Nigerian politicians.
How can you say you are sure when you didn't even read the letter.

I am not a PDP or Ekweremadu supporter but I have reason to believe Ekweremadu went through the proper channels.

You could argue that Ekweremadu tried to take advantage of a poor boy and offered him a better life in exchange for a kidney. You could argue on the morality of it but it isn’t illegal! They had a deal.

This is what I think happened.

Either the boy scammed Ekweremadu by lying about his age from the start knowing when he gets to the Uk all he has to do is claim to be a minor and get asylum. Or realizing he wasnt a match, the boy realized he had no usefulness and pulled a fast one. From the clothes and his posts on his Instagram page, you could tell he was being taken care of, contrary to his claims to the police that he wasn’t treated well.

I have no doubt there are many people who engage in organ harvesting for rituals and other reasons in Nigeria but the fact that Ekweremadu wrote to the embassy and specifically detailed the nature and purpose of the trip suggests to me this was above board. This does not mean he hasn’t knowingly or unknowingly broken some laws.

The problem for Ekweremadu is that in the UK , children and women are a protected species, it’s their word against yours. Rarely will you win a case against a child or a woman.

You are ignorant of how police work is done in Britain.

British detectives are amongst the best in the world.

They don't charge someone to court without some evidence beyond one person's allegation.

In Nigeria, DSS carries you to court with no form of investigation.

That is why they almost always lose their cases.

Anyway, quit defending the man until the police drop their evidence so that you will not look foolish in the end
Mickykarim:

IT WAS NOT AN ILLEGAL DEALINGS. THE ENTIRE EPISODE WAS DOCUMENTED IN THIS LETTER, HE SENT TO THE UK EMBASSY FOR THE BOY''S TRIP TO ENGLAND.

He stated in the letter that the boy was going to the UK as a DONOR in a heart transplant for his beleagued daughter. And, not any kind of organ HARVESTING either.

https://www.nairaland.com/7193631/parenthood-tears-desperation

I HAD EARLIER SUSPECTED THAT THE PERCEIVED "INNOCENT" BOY WAS PART OF A LARGER RING OF CONSPIRACY WITH AN ULTERIOR MOTIVE UNKNOWN TO THE Ekweremadus.

The conspiratorial nefarious group with the culpable boy must be investigated and with his co conspirators should be made to face the law.

WITH A GOOD DEFENSE TEAM. THE LETTER ABSOLVES HIM FROM THE ALLEGATION OF ORGAN HARVESTING AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND OR BOTH.

Ekweremmandu notified UK of his coming with the said boy and it was on paper.
He even told them that the boy is coming as a donor unknown to him that the boy and his gang has other motives against Ekweremmandu.
Even Bet9ja and Nigeria Banks will accept deposits from stolen credit cards or unclean money. To withdraw/get the money out is the main thing. No country/company or even bank do any tangible law against incoming money, most if not all law doesn't favour withdrawal or money leaving the country

Even if the donor is 40 years, there must a documentation of the agreement and the doctors in the UK are obligated to interview the donor separately away from the presence of the Ekweremadus, to ascertain if it was an informed consent.
Did you notice that the letter is just an addition to an original application made my the donor himself. Read the title again.
Obtaining an informed consent is a normal duty of a doctor. A patient has the right to refuse .

The UK police and the UK judicial system is so unlike Nigeria's, the facts will be established.

First things first, is compatibility between the donor and Ekweremadu's daughter ought not to have been established before any traveling arrangement?

Did the Ekweremadus report to the UK police when the donor left their care?
Stop being naive abeg, how long do you think it'll take for him to dash out of their care and make this claim and then effect their arrest in the UK?
Just a few hours is enough.

I think all these stories of Ekweremmandu being innocent is fallacy and again saying that the donor’s kidney didn’t even match is a big fat lie without any iota of truth in it. What we should know is that before Ekweremmandu accept to spend such money on the boy’s visa, they doctors must have ran a couple of medical tests to ascertain if the boy’s kidney will be compatible with that of his daughter, I don’t see why the writer should say such rubbish. He needs to pay the consequences of his actions. I’m happy for the boy because him go just file for asylum citing the fact that his life won’t be safe again once they allow him to return to Nigeria, the boy don japa
