One .should I mention to the VO about my U.k refusal or should I just not talk about it? Two. Can the VO / Canadian embassy get a hold of all the documents I submitted to the U.k embassy or should it be only the result of the refusal they will see?

You should be as truthful as possible. Although Canada, the UK, the US, New Zealand and Australia share immigration information, the visa decision of one country does not affect the other.

For example, because you were once denied visa to the UK for whatever reason does not affect Canada's decision. Canada will decide for themselves.

Yes it is the same day you did the upfront medicals you will be given the E-medical sheet to send to IRCC offices via webforms and emails

Is the sole owner of the biz or a joint venture? If his own, you don't need to move it. If joint venture, you don't need to move it as well. All you need to do is get Board of Directors Resolution Letter and sole signatory letter from bank( if need be), notarized and that takes care of that. But ensure that the living expenses is sent to your account from said account if you have paid tuition fee/deposit.

I run a biz. I used the biz account for my study permit back then and recently used it for my wife's SOWP as well.

But, the choice is yours.

I think you should send email to them. They are in the best position to give you a satisfactory answer.

Alternatively, you can seek admission in another school as a backup.

But you must declare that you have been previously refused visa to the Uk only on application form provided..
You must fix the reasons of refusal to UK when applying to Canada embassy cos those VO will have information to your refusal reasons to the UK and will like to assess you based on those reasons of refusal..depending on the gravity of refusal!
Example:failed Asylum seekers /deportation /criminality or immigration offence..this is the reasons of info sharing but not excluding weak ties to country of origin
