Spent 5.1 million on mine 600k for land included.

Remaining tiles, painting, second phase of electrical and plumbing work, fence and rest.

Land is not inclusive. Just the main building with all the necessary fittings

It could serve to an extent, but to achieve maximum insulation, you will need to construct CAVITY WALL on the specific area where there's need for such.
Note: cavity wall is a double wall, in between the walls are insulation materials installed, and that can be of wood, wool or other forms of insulation materials. The blocks could be solid ones for efficiency.
