LordOfTheGame:You are focusing on the minor part of the case which is age. What about the consent part? Can Ekweremadus produce written agreement or financial transaction that suggests there was oral agreement? The major issue gangan is that human trafficking, exploitation and organ harvesting are criminal offence. It is just like murder and terr-orism. 1 Like |

LordOfTheGame:It is what it is. Organ harvesting is defined as a surgical procedure that removes organ for reuse, and that is exactly what the Ekweremadu's were attempting to do. Is organ harvesting a crime? It depends on whether the laid down procedures are adhered to. The backlash on the Ekweremadu's may be much especially when you consider this whole episode revolves around an attempt to save their loved one from dying, but that's the state of the rot created by political class. People will have no pity when it's your turn to be tested. |

LordOfTheGame:You are right every parent will do as much as lay down their life for their child...most people are not saying don't do that. But ofcourse every sacrifice has a price. Good of him to want to try to save his daughter and I hope the daughter finds help but the law is the law 2 Likes |

maasoap:So you think a Senator who has been within the corridors of power for many years just woke up one morning and decided it's okay to illegally bundle a minor out of the country and harvest his kidney without his parents or guardians consent? Well it's because of the greedy nature of man that would make the young boy renegade on his agreement when he was told his kidney won't work and he's to return back to Nigeria. I wonder how you guys just make up "expert assumptions" based on the limited fact about the matter in public purview. Well the matter is in court now and I'll revert when we get full judgement. He thinks because of Nnamdi Kalu, the insignificant boy will be a dark horse for The British government. You're the one who should wake up from your delusions of grandeur. |

Newton2024: Most of you are being sentimental with your responses. Ekweremmadu could not have taken the buy without having a secured agreement with him. Why are you guys shying away from the fact that the boy has absorbed the "Japa Mentality" while here in Nigeria? It is very obvious that the boy reneged on the agreement when he saw that his staying in the UK might not become a reality again. |

LordOfTheGame:Do you have or have you sighted or listen to a written or audio evidence of the "secured agreement" and payment evidence to that effect? What makes it "very obvious to you that the boy reneged on the agreement" when there was none? You are the one being sentimental here sir and your sentiment has no locus standing in the court of moral public opinion let alone a sane court of justice in UK (not in the evil jungle called Nigeria). I wish Ekweremadus a long time in foreign jail. 1 Like |

LordOfTheGame:I am happy am a good father and not an evil father like Ekweremadu. A good father would not use the life of an innocent 22 years old homeless guy to redeem the life of his 27 years old daughter, even when there is better alternative. What he was doing was exploitation of the ignorance, naivety and innocence of the poor vulnerable boy but he failed, all thanks to Doctor Harry. You would be able to judge right only if you put yourself in the place of the boy's father. Even the wicked Ekweremadus can not donate organs from themselves or any of the Sonia's three siblings. What about Sonia's boyfriend or is she a virgin? 1 Like |

LordOfTheGame:You and Gbagura, can you donate your sons' kidneys for Ekweremadu's daughter? If not, just know that you are a bunch of wicked souls who deserve a special place in hell. Do unto others what you would like them do unto you. Your child's life is not precious more than the child of your neighbours. It is people like you doing money rituals in Nigeria because you don't care about other people's lives. Repent!!! 1 Like |

matrixme: Which one of his family members was taken alongside him to UK? Or you think a 21 year old boy "donating" his organ to a total stranger doesn't deserve to have one of his family members standing beside him? Which one of his family members have Ekweremadus claimed to be aware of this trafficking in person and intending organ harvest? Which one of the family members had come out to say that they were aware and gave their blessings. Well it's because of the greedy nature of man that would make the young boy renegade on his agreement when he was told his kidney won't work and he's to return back to Nigeria. What agreement are you making with a strayed, vulnerable 21 years old boy that you literally kidnapped on the street without the knowledge of his parents? Evil and criminals everywhere! I wonder how you guys just make up "expert assumptions" based on the limited fact about the matter in public purview. The truth is coming from the UK police, hospital and media. Your small god is in deep mess. He thinks because of Nnamdi Kalu, the insignificant boy will be a dark horse for The British government. You're the one who should wake up from your delusions of grandeur. It is not about "the insignificant boy", it is about senator Ekweremadu, you don't get it. Meanwhile, that same mentality of looking for a vulnerable kid, the insignificant citizen led Ekweremadus into this pit they now found themselves. No one is insignificant, most especially when not in some shitty countries 1 Like |

LordOfTheGame:Do you know Ekweremadu campaigned against Obi and addressed Nigeria community in UK before days his arrest? He disguised as a diplomat because of his evil intension. Which good father would do that when his daughter is between life and death? And mind you, the daughter's sickness is not recent development. Everything started last year. |

Newton2024:Don't play this divide and conquer antics because we've gone past that stage. He spoke against Peter Obi and so what? He is a politician from Igboland and he said what he thinks that better protect the interests of Ndigbo in Nigeria. Haven't you heard that Igbos are republicans in nature and we practice true democracy. Every man is free to say his mind without being hunted or expected to bow to one oba or enir. |

Newton2024: All of a sudden, the life of that boy who may have accepted money gift and many other things ( even though he has a criminal intention) now matters so much to you more than the lives of hundreds of thousands of innocent people your buhari and his northern fulani terrorists brothers have wasted in the past years? Check yourself well, you're not being truthful. |

Badgers14: Thank you Can you explain more about Ekweremadu's diplomatic status? Does he hold a diplomatic passport and if he does, how was he able to be arrested as I would think that that would have given him immunity ? Do Nigerian politicians who enter the UK for non-diplomatic reasons always carry their diplomatic passport? |

Newton2024: Your evil wish cannot stand because you have an undisclosed hatred and bitterness in you. No where in the world that its written that a man of 22yrs old cannot or should not decide for himself. The guy probably saw a better offer than what he's going through in that country and decided to clinch to it. One question for you, what if the guy had impregnated one of your wayward sisters, would you have asked him not to take responsibility? Let your moral and conscience guide you. |

virginchaser: Correct. The only person above the law in the UK & Britain is Queen Elizabeth II. Even her husband had to surrender his driving licence after causing a crash and her daughter Princess Anne has been convicted of a criminal under the dangerous dogs Act after her dog attached two children. 1 Like |

LordOfTheGame:I was not saying it is bad of him campaigning against Obi after all that is part of democracy. My point is to counter your point that he was in desperate situation because he is a father. If he was so desperate to the point of luring to exploit an uninformed guy, he wouldn't have had time for campaign and meeting. That means his action was not really because of desperation. |

LordOfTheGame:At the bolded, you are right. But at the same time, in the context of the matter we are discussing, it is a criminal offence in UK. It is a non-bailable offence like murder, arm robbery and terrorism. That's why they can't grant him bail. His jail term is as sure as the rising of the sun. It is true that I am bitter but I am not bitter towards Ekweremadu. I am bitter against the poverty polithiefcians have put us in. In Nigeria, they are above gods and laws but UK will continue to teach them in the language they understand. James Ibori 2.0 loading... 99.9% 1 Like |
