Take the job and be on the look out for better job.
You must have heard stories of people earning half a milli to a million naira monthly. Some started like you.

Collect the 4 Naira per bag : he get why..

Your marketing skills will improve.

Apart from being a driver, it will help your marketing skills because your earnings depends on how many bags you can sell.

Set Sales target for yourself.

You should start with a monthly target of selling at least 4000 bags a month. It is possible even in this rainy season because people don't drink gutter Water in raining season. Pure water is still selling this period.

When you become good in marketing your product, you would be earning even much more than that 15k salary .

Make sure whatever agreement you are making with your employer is written in Black and White, Because when you start making more than the 15k monthly , you employer may "Change it" for you .

He may tell you that he will not pay more than 3 Naira per bag and then you can't do anything because your agreement was only verbal.

So 4 Naira per bag income is a good way to improve your marketing skills while you are still getting paid.

Good gracious N15k per month in this country at this particular time.....paddyman how on earth do you intend to survive with that peanut.

Guy instead of this kind of underemployment why not consider selling of bulk foodstuffs...like travelling to the country side to buy harvested crops from local farmers transporting it to the city centre to trade off or even supply to hotels and eateries, its far better and more profitable than suffering for N15k a month.

Your location determines the option to choose, if it is Lagos i will advice you to take #4 option, in Lagos you can sell up to 1000 bags or over in a day.

Those are the two options given to driver, operator etc in water Factory. If you have many customers,the second option is better. You need to study your area of target. But for now take #15k per my, win his trust and get more customers,then you shift over to #4 per bag.

Some of just talk anyhow without thinking about certain factors. Do you even know if he the employer has a reasonable customer base?abi you think the harsh economy doesn’t affect their business too?someone who manages to make a profit of 50k monthly,you expect such a business to pay its staff more than 10k?do you even know how many staff they have to struggle to pay?

When you become an employer of Labour then you can criticize people who you think don’t pay their staff well because from your comment I can bet you don’t know what it’s like having people work for you.

Both Pay are useless, but the 4 naira par bag is better you can work hard and be blessed with selling 200 bags daily.

Do that job for only one month,then go and register with Job agencies.
I believe you will get something better than this.

1. N4 per bag my friend. At least you will be earning what you worked and will be understanding earning for value and the need to meet rightful targets.

But he might have made it N5 or N10. I wonder if the N4 isn't cheating.

N15K? People are suffering. I personally I have good heart. God forbid.

2. OP, do that job for a week and see how much it gives you.
If it can't fetch you N5000 per week, tell him N6/bag minimum or you can't do it. But I advise you to try the experience. God help you.

Is beta u go with the first option of #15000 per month to be @safers side. If the bus has issues you won't be able to make money for that day even if you have been selling 200 per day n what of weekends like Sunday if you didn't work and remember that your company is not the one selling water.
