Guy instead of this kind of underemployment why not consider selling of bulk foodstuffs...like travelling to the country side to buy harvested crops from local farmers transporting it to the city centre to trade off or even supply to hotels and eateries, its far better and more profitable than suffering for N15k a month.

Those are the two options given to driver, operator etc in water Factory. If you have many customers,the second option is better. You need to study your area of target. But for now take #15k per my, win his trust and get more customers,then you shift over to #4 per bag.

Firstly never take such decision on the spot....you could have said you'd go and think about it and come back. You pick earning N4 per bag sold is putting your earnings to chance....if the company doesn't produce enuf bags to sell you earn small, if customers don't buy many bags of water you earn small.....
Secondly, 15000 per month (25 working days is 600 per day) that means you'd have to sell 150 bags of water earning N4 to make that 15k....do you think dats possible?? Well you might be a hard worker tho and sell even up to 500 bags on few good days and dip down to less than 100 bags on bad days....so the choice is yours really...but if I were you, I'd pick 15k monthly, and still make extra by over pricing to some customers.

without wasting your precious time i will cut the long story short; as the topic stated, I just got a job in a pure water factory as a Driver, after much interaction and oral interview with the manager of the factory and gave me two options to accept either he will be paying me 15k per month or in every sale I made per bag that i will be earning #4. and aside from the salary he promised of giving me #200 everyday to serve as a meal, so out of curiosity I accepted the second option which is #4 per bag... pls which is more preferable, #15k monthly or #4 per bag sold? thanks and remain blessed. Note: Am to resume on Monday.

It depends on your situation, I would advise you start Bolt or Uber if U can afford a car or ask someone to give U on fire purchase so U earn directly.
What I don't get is 15k is small, option two seems suicidal, U been driver doesn't concern U with marketing na, urs na to drive deliver na, #4 per bag is putting you in marketing the water.

In Truth sir have made my intentions known as regards either to start as a Bolt or Uber driver but all seems not to work in my favour and that was why I considered settling with the available one.

My advice for you is quite the job.
My reason is this, a shop owner buy and resale pure and they make 50naira per bag. My advice for you is either you get a small car or a selling spot close to market then go to the company, let them give you the pure water, when you sale it ,you return their money and keep your profit or better still raise like 50k and start the business. You can start selling your own pure water for 220naira per bag compare to shops who sale 250naira per bag.

Take the 15k salary, add 5 or 10 naira to each bag of pure water you are selling, especially when you source for your own customer, once you are certain of selling at least 500 bags of pure water daily then switch to commission based. I don't know of your location but it's possible in Lagos, at least my mom sells @least700 bags weekly. Find those selling to hawkers and get them to buy from you.
