The issue i have with this “7 prophets saying the same thing is" Hostkene: And why did different pastors from different places told him same thing
2 pastors in Enugu, 1 in Kenya and 1 in nsukka...
This thread is hilarious. The story keeps taking twists and turns as you shoot from the hip but try to keep it together. 2+1+1 = 4, so we are missing 3 prophets and their locations. Or is it 4 pastors and 7 prophets telling him he will be stashotbbed to death? In short, the moral of the story is “prophets can see” but so can dogs. 1 Like |

Hostkene: He came from a Christian family who believes in just "prayers"
We lived in nsukka when they first told him this... But this happened in Awka, Anambra state I understand. People that are Christian (especially pentecostal) will feel trying out other solutions is devilish but it isn't so. Things like Reiki healing, spell casting, White magic are safe. Some pastors even use it but won't want to tell people so as not to chase away customers. |

Kobojunkie: You are really stretching this one aren't you.
So, this boy did not die each and every time before until an ex-girlfriend of his made the decision to hire a gang to assassinate him, is that what you believe the prophets wanted to tell you? Now I believe you must VERY dumb. Your family must be from the mud, where you don't believe in prophecies. From now, you can reply and post to yourself. I refuse to stoop this low. Thanks. |

After getting same prophecy from different pastors. The boy is dead now, yet you are Still speaking like a kid who still sucks breast. If a soutsayer says you are destined to be rich man, then you'd just invest one business and boom immediately?? Without failing at all .. You must be seriously dumb and ignorant. Go live your life, when different pastors tells you that the same thing was going to happen to you. Then take it as a joke and watch. Thanks for your contribution. Think I'm done with you. SHALOM!Hostkene:
Can prophets really see your destiny?
oaroloye:
. 1st SAMUEL 9:1-10.
NOW there was a man of Benjamin, whose name was Kish, the son of Abiel, the son of Zeror, the son of Bechorath, the son of Aphiah, a Benjamite, a mighty man of power. 2. And he had a son, whose name was Saul, a choice young man, and a goodly: and there was not among the Children of Israel a goodlier person than he: from his shoulders and upward he was higher than any of the people. 3. And the asses of Kish Saul's father were lost. And Kish said to Saul his son,
"Take now one of the servants with thee, and arise, go seek the asses."
4. And he passed through mount Ephraim, and passed through the land of Shalisha, but they found them not: then they passed through the land of Shalim, and there they were not: and he passed through the land of the Benjamites, but they found them not. 5. And when they were come to the land of Zuph, Saul said to his servant that was with him,
"Come, and let us return; lest my father leave caring for the asses, and take thought for us."
6. And he said unto him,
"Behold now, there is in this city a Man of God, and he is an honourable man; all that he saith cometh surely to pass: now let us go thither; peradventure he can shew us our way that we should go."
7. Then said Saul to his servant,
"But, behold, if we go, what shall we bring the Man? For the bread is spent in our vessels, and there is not a present to bring to the Man of God: what have we?"
8. And the servant answered Saul again, and said,
"Behold, I have here at hand the fourth part of a shekel of silver: that will I give to the Man of God, to tell us our way."
9. [Beforetime in Israel, when a man went to enquire of God, thus he spake,
"COME, AND LET US GO TO THE SEER:"
for he that is now called a Prophet was beforetime called a Seer.]
10. Then said Saul to his servant,
"Well said; come, let us go."
So they went unto the city where the Man of God was.
A QUARTER SHEKEL OF SILVER IS 2.75g.
At the current price of Silver being N320.64/g, that is N881.76.
THEY KNEW THAT IT WOULD BE WRONG TO CONFRONT A MAN OF GOD, EMPTYHANDED.
THEY KNEW THAT PROPHETS AND SEERS WERE RELIABLE SOURCES OF INFORMATION.
If you know what a "Prophet" is, from The Bible, it is the height of foolishness to question whether or not Prophets exist, and whether or not they have the capabilities described in Scripture. Having established the fact that Prophets exist, one should then examine their capabilities. Having listed their capabilities, one should then find out how they work. Having found out how Prophetic abilities work, an intelligent person would set about working them themselves. Hostkene:
Being told the same thing by different prophets clearly means that this or that is meant to happen...

. NUMBERS 11:24-29.
24. And Moses went out, and told the people the Words of The LORD, and gathered the seventy men of the Elders of the people, and set them round about The Tabernacle. 25. And The LORD came down in a Cloud, and Spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy Elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease. 26. But there remained two of the men in the camp, the name of the one was Eldad, and the name of the other Medad: and the spirit rested upon them; and they were of them that were written, but went not out unto The Tabernacle: and they prophesied in the camp. 27. And there ran a young man, and told Moses, and said,
"Eldad and Medad do prophesy in the camp."
28. And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses, one of his young men, answered and said,
"My lord Moses, forbid them."
29. And Moses said unto him,
"Enviest thou for my sake? Would God that all The LORD'S people were Prophets, and that The LORD would put His Spirit upon them!"
. JOHN 14:1-27.
6. Jesus Saith unto him,
"I am The Way, The Truth, and The Life: no man cometh unto The Father, but by me. 7. "If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know Him, and have seen Him."
12. "Verily, verily, I Say unto you,
'HE THAT BELIEVETH ON ME, THE WORKS THAT I DO SHALL HE DO ALSO; AND GREATER WORKS THAN THESE SHALL HE DO; BECAUSE I GO UNTO MY FATHER.'
13. "And whatsoever ye shall ask in my Name, that will I do, that The Father may be Glorified in The Son. 14. "If ye shall ask any thing in my Name, I will do it. 15. "If ye love me, keep my Commandments. 16. "And I will pray The Father, and He shall give you another Comforter, that He may abide with you for ever; 17. "Even The Spirit of Truth; Whom the World cannot receive, because It seeth Him not, neither knoweth Him: but ye know Him; for He dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
21. "He that hath my Commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him."
22. Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot,
"Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the World?"
23. Jesus Answered and Said unto him,
"If a man love me, he will keep my Words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. 24. "He that loveth me not keepeth not my Sayings: and the Word which ye hear is not mine, but The Father's Which sent me. 25. "These things have I Spoken unto you, being yet present with you. 26. "But The Comforter, Which is The Holy Ghost, Whom The Father will send in my Name, He shall Teach you all things, and bring all things to your Remembrance, whatsoever I have Said unto you. 27. "Peace I leave with you, my Peace I give unto you: not as the World giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."

God has only ever wanted ONE THING:
. DEUTERONOMY 30:19-20.
19. I call Heaven and Earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you Life and Death, Blessing and Cursing: therefore CHOOSE LIFE,
That both thou and thy seed may live:
20. That thou mayest love The LORD thy God,
And that thou mayest obey His Voice,
and that thou mayest cleave unto Him:
for He is thy Life, and the Length of thy days:
That thou mayest dwell in the land which The LORD Sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.
. 2nd CHRONICLES 16:9.
9. "For The Eyes of The LORD run to and fro throughout the whole Earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is perfect toward Him. Herein thou hast done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars.”
. AMOS 3:3.
3. "Can two walk together, except they be agreed?"
THE ONLY THING GOD HAS EVER WANTED FROM ALL OF HIS CREATION IS AGREEMENT.
Is that too much to ask?
IF YOU ARE A CHRISTIAN, THEN YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE A PROPHET.If you think you are a Christian, and yet you are not a Prophet, then you have been deceived. oaroloye:
. DEUTERONOMY 6:1-9.
NOW these are The Commandments, The Statutes, and The Judgments, Which The LORD your God Commanded to teach you, that ye might do them in the land whither ye go to possess It: 2. That thou mightest fear The LORD thy God, to keep all His Statutes and His Commandments, Which I Command thee, thou, and thy son, and thy son's son, all the days of thy life; and that thy days may be prolonged. 3. Hear therefore, O Israel, and observe to do (It); that it may be well with thee, and that ye may increase mightily, as the LORD God of thy fathers hath promised thee, in the land that floweth with milk and honey. 4. Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: 5. And thou shalt love The LORD thy God with all thine Heart, and with all thy Soul, and with all thy might. 6. And these Words, which I Command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: 7. And thou shalt teach Them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of Them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. 8. And thou shalt bind Them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes. 9. And thou shalt write Them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates.

One of the results was that he was able to read THE NEW YORK TIMES Newspaper at the age of 2 years. The Oyinbo academics claimed that it was impossible to restore 100% Consciousness in those older than "the formative period." WHY SHOULD A PROPHET KNOW MORE ABOUT YOUR FUTURE THAN YOU YOURSELF DO? WHY SHOULD A PROPHET WANT YOU TO KNOW HOW TO DO WHAT HE DOES, WHEN YOU ARE PAYING HIM TO KEEP YOU IGNORANT?Many people are ingrates, and have no problem with letting a Prophet, who helped them, die in Poverty. In my opinion, Prophet who opens you a stream of income should be rewarded with 10% of that income for the rest of your life. But the teacher who taught you to be a Prophet, should receive 20% of whatever you earn through that ability, for life. LIFE IS BASICALLY A STATIC.
Definition: a Life Static has no mass, no motion, no wavelength, no location in space or in time. It has the ability to postulate and to perceive. 2. The Static is capable of Considerations, Postulates, and Opinions. 3. Space, Energy, Objects, Form, and Time are the result of Considerations made and/or agreed upon or not by the Static, and are perceived solely because the Static considers that it can perceive them. 4. Space is a Viewpoint of Dimension. 5. Energy consists of postulated particles in Space. 6. Objects consist of grouped particles and solids. 7. Time is basically a postulate that Space and particles will persist. 8. The apparency of Time is the change of position of particles in space. 9. Change is the primary manifestation of Time. 10. The Highest Purpose in this Universe is the Creation of an Effect.
11. THE CONSIDERATIONS RESULTING IN CONDITIONS OF EXISTENCE ARE FOUR-FOLD.
(a) AS-IS-NESS is the condition of immediate creation without persistence, and is the condition of existence which exists at the moment of creation and the moment of destruction, and is different from other considerations in that it does not contain survival.
(b) ALTER-IS-NESS is the Consideration which introduces change and therefore time and persistence, into an AS-IS-NESS to obtain persistency.
(c) IS-NESS is an apparency of existence brought about by the continuous alteration of an AS-IS-NESS. This is called, when agreed upon, Reality.
(d) NOT-IS-NESS is the effort to handle IS-NESS by reducing its condition through the use of force. It is an apparency and cannot entirely vanquish an IS-NESS.[/color]
12. The Primary Condition of any Universe is that two Spaces, Energies, or Objects must not occupy the same Space. When this condition is violated [Perfect Duplicate] the Apparency of any Universe or any part thereof is nulled.

I just lost a childhood friend who has been through alot, doubting me is what I least expect from anyone For me, destiny does not work as far as a general explanation for life and existence as a whole. It only seems to work if you myopically focus on just some aspects of it you want to, ignoring the bigger picture. It is like a sort of delusion that one has to subscribe to in order for it to even compute and only for a bit even. And I have been in my own mind long enough to know and realize that such delusions aren't worth it. |

Pretty much! My mother used to visit most any popular man of God in search for answers back then. They all said nonsense and nonsense it all amounted to at the end of the day. Because the God of Christian Scripture, whom you claim to believe in, did not give His followers power to see into the private lives of individuals as your seers and Babalawos do. So, you need to know who exactly your God is. First, resolve your God issues, then you resolve the fact that in God's eyes, those pastors you claim to have had a good experience with are all of them false prophets. Then maybe you will begin to see that what you claim may not be as you have imagined them at all. |

Cos I'm yet to understand why different pastors would fish you out and tell you the same thing others have been telling you... This is yet to be answered. Last time I checked, a witch doesn't want you dead, rather it wants you to live and SUFFER. concerning my second paragraph, lemme know where in the Bible exactly... |

Hostkene: 1. Oh, no pastors have the gift of vision?? Where in the Bible exactly, please?
2. Cos I'm yet to understand why different pastors would fish you out and tell you the same thing others have been telling you... This is yet to be answered.
3. Last time I checked, a witch doesn't want you dead, rather it wants you to live and SUFFER.
4. concerning my second paragraph, lemme know where in the Bible exactly... 1. The power you have in Jesus Christ is given to you by Him and there is no record in the Gospels of Jesus Christ giving His followers power to see into the personal lives of others. 2. Soothsayers and Psychics have done pretty much that for the longest. Those you call pastors simply copied those tricks to use on the gullible is what. 3. I don't know about that. Even the average individual out there harbors ill will towards his fellow men, so? |

Hostkene: 1. Bible verse please?
2. Pastors copied the trick to use on the gullible ones, how then do different pastors from different locations tell you the same thing 1. The below passage details the power Jesus Christ bestowed on His followers 15 He said to them, “Go everywhere in the world. Tell the Good News to everyone. 16 Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved. But those who do not believe will be judged guilty. 17 And the people who believe will be able to do these things as proof: They will use my name to force demons out of people. They will speak in languages they never learned. 18 If they pick up snakes or drink any poison, they will not be hurt. They will lay their hands on sick people, and they will get well.” - Mark 16 vs 15 - 18. Notice how there is no mention of powers to peer into people's private lives? 2. Similar way Soothsayers and psychics also can? |
