I just got Admission into NIAGARA COLLEGE for May 2023 spring (Human Resources Management)

Please how many months does the process of Form A payment take?

Also how many weeks will it take for me to get the Tuition Payment Receipt from the School that will be submitted for my VISA process?

Form A takes a really long time, at least 4weeks is the minimum wait time so the earlier you apply the better.

Once your bank transfers the funds, the payment platform you used will receive it within 2 to 3 business days, once they do they will transfer it same day they received it, your school will inform you that the have received the payment after another 2 to 3 business days. Good luck

That's the exact error I got.

Once you login, click schedule appointment, choose country, select destination and click the error message so it will go away, now fill the travel type and migrant type, select number of individuals for the check up and click next, it will automatically populate Canada on its own and then you can continue

Gurus in the house, please help answer how to treat this flight ticket showing itinerary in the attached photo for my spouse that is accompanying me. We are applying for Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP) for him.

We know he will not be coming back to Nigeria immediately but his letter of employment in Nigeria indicates he is entitled to 20 working days of annual leave.

Our fear now is that if we book a return ticket of 20 working days interval for him they may give him give him SOWP of just 20 days.

Please, what is the best thing to do here? We don't want to make a mistake please.

Pls send webforms and email to the chinese addresses. someone pasted it on this forum. I was sending to them almost daily and they always respond

Nerd95:
Congratulations to everyone that has gotten their PPR. I tap into your testimony.

I applied in March, Biometrics completed in the same month.
Medical completed and reflecting on my portal on April 5th.
Eligibility review started around May ending. Since then nothing.

Send emails and raised webforms but Nairobi replied to only my first email stating that my application is under active review. Sent emails to MPs but they said they can't help because I am not in Canada. Yesterday makes it 30days since I applied for my gcms note. Still waiting for it.

School is to Resume first week of September and I am getting worried and depressed especially seeing recent applicants getting their PPRs.

Please gurus, any advice?

Ppr alert

My time line

My timeline
Applied : 2nd of May 2022
Biometrics : 12 of May 2022
Medical request : 10th of June
Medicals updated to pass : 1st of July
Bvl and ppr: 15th of July

My mistake
I did upfront medicals on 26th of May. I did not upload or send my medical information sheet until I got the request. I just felt it will be updated. Unfortunately, IOM didn't send my medicals till 6th of June.

My advice always send your medical information sheet immediately you do your medicals to save time.

Documents submitted

When I get home, I don't have my personal laptop here.

Hallelujah! Congratulations! Mine is coming in Jesus name. Amen

Thank you Chiziteremary. I have sent to the Chinese email address and they replied by giving me a link to a case specific webform which I have submitted. Still no outcome since then. Same with London office too. Both responded by sending me the case sensitive webforms.

I am tempted to think that IRCC is skipping some January to March files. I see some people complaining about this as a reply to IRCC's official tweets. I am even thinking that they may be skipping these files to reduce the reported average processing time. I may be wrong though, just an assumption. In any case, I am optimistic and believe it will end in praise.

I'm confused some people asked me not to Summit my passport at Abuja VFS since I did my Biometrics in Lagos while some said I can submit without implications. I want to submit at Abuja because they are faster than Lagos VFS. I need advice please.

Just keep praying and hoping for the best. You can request for an extension as planned. But if nothing changes after the extension you can pay via local currency transfer on flywire to save you time and stress. But the exchange rate might be on a high side...

All the best Champ!

Ghazali34:
Since on the 4th of this month. Due date is 22nd Of this month as well.

Yes I’m paying through Flywire. Seneca college.

I have been going to bank back to back. Also calling and sending mails to customer care.

Hello house and greetings to all the gurus, I am a silent member and I joined nairaland sometime around November/ December 2021 after I received my acceptance letter from NBCC. I read through thread 18,19, 20… and I leant so many things. I contacted Makanoglabal on the thread who assisted me with an outstanding SOP and vital information that assisted me in my application. He encouraged me even when I thought it can’t be possible. He was always ready to answer my numerous questions even those that are absurd. I just want to say thank you for your support and help throughout my application journey. Words cannot express how grateful I am. I also want to appreciate the house for all its wonderful and constructive contributions. WHAT GOD CAN NOT DO DOES NOT EXIST

I just attempted to book and I was able to switch to applicant 2 after filling primary applicant.

Start over again and check that you really do not have a pending appointment.

You can even search with your former appointment ref number on the portal to confirm its no longer valid.

If it still doesn't work, you can reach them via iomlagosmedicalbooking@iom.com for booking or iomlagosclinicalteam@iom.com to complain, they reply with 24hours
