The most feared is different from the most ranked. We don't need confusion here.

The fact Chelsea is among the most feared doesn't mean they are the best.

Currently, according to UEFA coefficients ranking, Chelsea is ranked 5th while Bayern, Liverpool, Mancity and Real Madrid are 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively. But in my own opinion, based on last season and previous season performance, Chelsea to me is 3rd best in Europe.
