I am so happy with the way INEC has improved. The news media try to use vote buying to discredit a well conducted Election. We no longer hear outright rigging but Vote buying. This good for our democracy because it means your vote counts. The person selling vote and going to the media to say I sold my vote...lol what name can we give to such person?
