If I were to invest money in business, I will choose Benin over ibadan.

If I were to go for vacation to rest , I would choose Benin over ibadan, if I were to relocate to a city that is not an eastern city , I would choose Benin over ibadan, the only advantage ibadan has is just population and city spread and nothing more
