There is nothing like substantiate. These are basic facts. You can hide your head and pretend like you do not know Tinubu is a serial looter, a briber, and a historical drug dealer. The facts are there.

There is a difference in investing money of the government to give the government and the State profit which Peter Obi did, compared to siphoning State money which Tinubu did. It's still better than Pdp time when there was oil boom at $120/barrel and Nigeria had substantial reserves that got wasted by Pdp. Apc is a better alternative, so we will go with the lesser evil. There was no covid or anything like that during Pdp.
