Living in the north, one thing I learned is that love for a candidate and love for a party are not one and the same.

Buhari had a strong cult of personality that helped him sweep votes. Kwankwanso has the same thing (with the Kwankwansiyya), the people don’t give a rats arse about parties when their preferred candidate is on the ballot

I am not shielding anybody.

You are the one that brought a video of Adeleke speaking Igbo to say that's why "APC thugs" attacked Igbo traders stalls in Osogbo.

Your post is clear enough, you can continue to twist and turn though.

What sort of living in denial is this? Did this kind of thing start happening in Nigeria recently?

In 2011 after Jonathan won, it was my neighbor that stopped thugs from burning my house in Kano because we are Southerners.

Or you prefer for the matter to not be discussed because it is tribal rhetoric according to you?

I wanted to type a long epistle before but on a second thought, it's basically not worth it.

Enjoy yourself.

Of course, it’s not worth it.

Type it for your cronies here who are the actual tribalists.

Yea, only he won't be getting the Christian votes you're banking on in those regions. Those are in the bag for Obi and any other non-APC candidate. People are tired of APC in the centre.

You can only speak for your votes. There will be Christians and Moslems voting for all candidates. Tinubu will be getting Nigerian votes Christians Moslems and Pagan

Actually the person that looks like he won’t win anything in Kaduna is Agbadinho.

Most regular Hausa guys are clamoring for Kwankwanso. The elite are Atikulated.

Kaduna South are Pro-Obi. I grew up in a part of Kaduna that was a melting-pot where I had Igbo, Yoruba, Urhobo, Efik neighbors.

Agbadinho has no strongholds here. If Buhari helps the campaign, then he will have something because I am well familiar with the structures Buhari has in Malali, Mando etc
Like, this is his only actual chance. He best be offering daily sacrifices to him up until the election cause there's no other way for him to get sizeable votes without Buhari's cult following but knowing Buhari for who he is, e no send anybody papa cheesy

The extent Tinubu and co are going to impress the inconsequential social media is embarrassing.

Sure, but it's whether those votes will be enough... we can def speculate as per results.

That’s categorically false. I was born and bred in Kaduna and I can assure you that Peter Obi will win Kaduna South.
Okay sir. Next year isn't that far..

We hope MC OLUOMO and his cohorts will allow people to vote and not threaten people which is the gameplay and strategy used in Lagos which makes people rather stay indoor than risk their life to vote....

Is Lagos state the only state in Nigeria? Or do you think states like delta and bayelsa won't do everything possible for PDP to win including hiring thugs?

Northerners travel down to the north during election periods to cast their votes. If there are perceived reasons of unsafety in Lagos state, the igbos should travel back to the east before election day to cast their votes. At least they have been screaming they can make any sacrifice to get Obi to the seat of power...

Yorubas are tired of getting emotionally blackmailed..

They started this PVC propaganda in 2015

https://www.nairaland.com/2143877/igbos-refused-pvc-card-lagos#30663592

And it gained momentum again this year

They need to play another card! This victim mentality is old & disgusting!

What inspired Igbo celebrities like Peter and Paul Okoye (P-Square), Chidi Mokeme and Okey Bakassi to declare support for Peter Obi isn’t different from the reason Yoruba celebrities like Brymo, Jide Kosoko, Yinka Quadri, and Femi Adebayo endorsed Bola Tinubu.
Unfortunately, one group is marketed as “patriots” and the other aggressively ridiculed as “sellouts.” When you are done participating in this hypocrisy, you may get to grasp the relativity of your moral principles. Gimba Kakanda

If P-Square, Okey Bakassi and Chidi Mokeme were paid by Peter Obi for their support, can we say their reasons are the same with those of Brymo, Jide Kosoko, Yinka Quadri, and Femi Adebayo if they were not paid by Tinubu for their support?

But you claimed days ago the Egun people (who make up 15% of the indigenous population of Lagos State) are not Yorubas so all of which Yorubas are emotionally blackmailed again?

Funny how most of you who aren't indigenously from Lagos (a former FCT) lay claim to it because you are ashamed of the enclaves which are your actual states.

Like Abuja, the voting direction of Lagos is no longer entirely decided by its indigenous tribal affiliations. That's the price you pay for being an administrative capital over time.
Calabar indigenes would tell you same story.

Maybe. But in your case, we can certainly tell your support for Tinubu is for the Muslim-Muslim ticket and an ensivaged 'Shariastan' given your history of supporting Islamic terrorism/extremism and recently justifying the gruesome murder of Deborah.

He dares not. It's on the Chelsea thread. The whole thread condemned him and he went underground for a while with everyone shaming him for justifying Deborah's murder.
It's not a one-off. Over the years, he's been called out on the same Chelsea thread for defending Islamic terrorism.

We all know why the Shekau-lite supports Tinubu. He feels Agbadoman embodies Shariaistan given the posturing.

What is this one saying? You sit in your little Akwa ibom and think you know about Lagos state? Abeg sit this one out...You don't know shiit about the Yorubas.

There is no state in the SW that won't vote enmass for Tinubu.

He is a Yoruba guy.He wont lose to a Hausa or an Igbo man in any Yoruba state..The Yorubas are still the clear majority in lagos, forget its cosmopolitan nature. The election is already going tribal. As bad as Buhari was painted, he pulled 53% in Lagos not to talk of a Yoruba man whose influences stretches far and wide the state...

There's no way to tell the real reason these guys are supporting who they're supporting. If Peter Obi struck a deal with P-Square and he's paying them to support him, and Brymo and the likes are supporting City Boy out of genuine love for him and what he represents, we can't then say their reasons are the same.

You're stûpid. If you knew anything about me as you try to do by referring to me as "Oga Kay", you'd know I was born in Lagos State. Heck! I did Yoruba in JSCE. Shocked, right?

My spoken Yoruba sounds indigenous - intonations, diction and all. Doubt? We can have a call on Telegram this minute with part conversations in Yoruba. My Telegram handle is public. Some persons are truly inter-tribal and take out time to know about all the other tribes in Nigeria. Dimwît!

Oh! And Akwa Ibom isn't little. You aren't from Lagos. You are from any of the other states. Akwa Ibom dwarfs your actual state in all indices: Security, infrastructure, everything. You can't even begin to compare.

Worthless néwt! I'd teach you about your own culture as you are ignornant enough not to know which subethnicity is Egun.

Simpleton said I am not from Lagos... cheesy.. The way you tell lies with confidence is amazing and should be studied...

You must be moving mad..Ori gbogbo yin ti daru.. O da pe e ti shiere tiran tiran...

Who cares if you speak Spanish?
