Of course the levers have implications .

It is a big time gamble because if we fail to deliver trophies in the short term, we may not recover from another economic crisis because there might not be any more levers to activate.

These activations have become necessary because we need to be competitive in the short term.

We're taking the bull by the horn and going all in.

But we know that the bigger the risk, the bigger the reward because if we err in the side of caution, like Arsenal did, we might signal a decent into mediocrity which is a bigger risk in itself.

We can't afford not to be competitive otherwise we lose the pull and top players will no longer wish to play for us, just like Arsenal today.

Bankruptcy? If we regain our competitive edge and trophies start coming in, we'll no longer be at risk. We can buy back our 25% in 6yrs and live happily ever after.

Well tbh agree, Perez would have to take something special to replicate something bigger than KCM, the perfect blend of Creativity, technique and ball winning, Prob at least one very creative midfielder, somehow very good in the final ball and can create chances out of nowhere in a really dead rubber game, Not saying tchou, cama and fede can't do it but the first two are more defensive minded and the last one is a b2b ball progessor who's job is just to deliver the ball to the final third
