Mine also is ready and I captured June 6th.

DIY route.

I went to their office to ask if my passport is ready and to my surprise I was told it's ready.

Will collect mine tomorrow by His grace.

Why didn't you pick it that same day, do you have to pay money to pick it?

Hi, the original documents are just for incasities. They won't collect it maybe just to view it. So far, I haven't heard or read here that they were required to show their originals. It's the photocopies that would be filed.

Please I've been trying to reschedule my appointment and I keep getting an "error in processing request" message everytime.. I was so sad today because I missed a date in the first week of August which was open for 3 hours. I don cry finish sha.. but please who has this happened to? What did you do because even till now it's still showing that error.. I cant reschedule at all. I've been trying to reschedule with a later date in October to test if it will work, but same error.. please help!

I already did. Tried 3 different browsers.. cleared my cache and history.. used browsers on my laptop.. it still didn't work. Super frustrating.

Application and Reference ID are different from the number given to you after capturing. I didn't do DIY so I don't know what the number is for.
The application and reference id can be found on your standard passport application form and appointment slip.

Between Asaba and Benin, which is more DIY friendly? My passport is going to expire feb 2023 so I’m planing on renewing it next month. Please help.

. You can go to court of appeal, igbatoro road very close to ondo state internal revenue service, you will pay #2000. But for the Akure NIS, if you are DIY candidate you will have to pay #5000 administration fee before they attend you. Not DIY friendly

Please I want to apply in Enugu State, who knows if 32 pages booklets is currently available. I want to know before making payment.

this urgent, pls who can recommend a state i can get my passport capturing done and collect it the same day or at latest the second day. I reside in Oyo state, I don’t mind traveling away from oyo state!. It is Renewal not a fresh Applicant.
