From this article, it seems like Mr Obi is trying to paint himself to be a saint. It's totally fine. I have no problem with that. But the real thing here is: his track records - we haven't really seen his achievements during his 8 years in government and how it had manifested till today. Someone should please help us with evidence, and please don't tell us to go check on Google. We've seen that of Asiwaju. We await that of Mr Atiku as well. Tinubu made pension laws to serve himself when he is out of government but he wasn't satisfied he had to go back and take the entire treasury for himself alone. However, he lied when he said there is no retirement package for former Anambra State governors. There was a law before his time. In his time, he signed an amendment to that law, increasing the package. I can't say if his successor paid him anything. However, there is a pension law in Anambra that Obi is entitled to.
