Using my state as a case study - the oldies and the youth have both ruled my state and while the former with their ages and diseases ruled with reasonable improvement, salary paid and some projects to show. The same cannot be said to the later who, by chance given the mandate, and Is ruling with acute stubborness, disregard for people welfare and reckless embezzlement while the people groans and dies with nobody to come to their aids. See, I'm not saying health does not matter. Truly it does, but the question is whether if the candidate is qualify and can solve the challenges or not. That is what we should be talking about.
