Some Provinces require POF, e.g WA, NT (they also require a job offer for 190, and 491) |

Saynoomore: I think what it means is that if given a 491, those post codes are areas that qualify as regional in QLN and they are places you must live |
Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by soulamanne(m): 1:53pm On Aug 09, 2022 |
Saynoomore: yeah I am sure of WA and TAS .In fact TAS said they will give you 491 automatically if you have any sort of job secured already .I don't know how this will work and really it is discouraging .I have applied for so many jobs as a Telecommunication Engineer with 10yes experience but once the employer or agent see you are offshore, they will not contact you again. yes NT as per PF but jobhave they updated their site? |

Please, is anyone here with the VETASSES Statutory Declaration/ Affidavit template for documents from Nigeria? |
Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by tunlex01(m): 1:20am On Aug 11, 2022 |
Saynoomore:Yes. Because the entire Queensland is not open to 491 regional visa. Brisbane is not classified as a regional area. |

talk2yinkuz:Try student visa or any other country. The only occupation for customer service is Customer Service Manager CSM and this is not related to working in a bank branch as a customer service person. That’s classified as an operations work here and not a strategic role for a CSM |

Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by tunlex01(m): 1:40am On Aug 11, 2022 |
Sagaciousd1:For occupations like this, your assessment is based only on years you spent or have spent on that job code. If you have been in Hr for 7 years and research for 3 years, only 3 years will be considered if you choose to assess as R&. You should use this format. You can provide your details for further review. Age English test result (breakdown not overall) Educational qualifications with dates awarded (ND, 2006, PhD,2021) Awarding University(ies) Course of study Job title(s) and dates Years of experience If you are married, provide your spouse's details in the same order as above |

Saynoomore:Usually, when you go to courts, they have samples but you can tweak the below. This is a sample of the Statutory declaration. I, XXXX XXXX, male, Christian, Nigerian citizen of _address_, Nigeria, do hereby make oath and say as follows: 1. That I am the above named person whose passport photograph is hereby affixed 2. That my organisation XXXXXX has declined to oblige me with a reference letter which is vital to my application on the basis of my year of employment (you can use whatever reason) That I shall therefore furnish my application with a reference letter prepared by me 4, That this affidavit is now needed for record and official purposes 5. that i make this affidavit in good faith and in accordance with the Provision of Oaths Laws of Lagos State 2004. You can edit and make corrections and can attach evidence of why you are not able to obtain the document from the right source. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

Sagaciousd1:So only experience from 2015 will be reviewed. If you have checked the roles of the R& manager and fit what you do, then visit Vetassess website to review the requirements and read the information sheet for your occupation. Because it's a managerial role, you need to provide organogram to show your management level. only the years you were/are manager will be considered. You may need to change the 'specialist' role to a managerial role or Vetassess won't include it in their calculation. |

Jayboi: Yes, you have to assess with your assessing body. Have you checked the occupation to assess first? Electrical engineer occupation has not really had any nominations recently. The process is detailed https://docs.google.com/document/d/1nr25wcUzQ86Of8PfdvHwaNuPN3ferEE4wk9HdkAQ0us/edit Visit www.anzscosearch.com You may need to register on the website to view the details below On the top middle page click "Lists" (on a laptop/computer) or click the Hamburger sign (3 horizontal lines) to select "Lists" if you are using a mobile device Go through the 3 lists MLTSSL, STSOL and ROL Click any of the occupations that best relate to what you do. When you click the occupation, scroll down to 'Anzsco code' and scroll to 'Tasks' Check if the tasks relate to the occupation you have selected. Revert here with occupation(s) you deem relate to what you do and we will take it up from there |

Saynoomore: fortunately VIC has not made getting a job an eligibility criteria for their newly released 22-23 guidelines.in fact theirs looks most attainable of all the ones I have seen so far. you may quickly need to do a ROI on their site as it is now open....goodluck! 1 Like |

soulamanne: Thanks for the info. That's some good news there! Please what's the difference between ROI and EOI? |
Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by tunlex01(m): 3:25am On Aug 12, 2022 |
merrijosh:There is no admin role on the occupation list. Your spouse can be the primary applicant but but plant biology and insurance are not related. So that can be an issue. Every one still need to write English test. You may want to look at study route or spouse wait to have 3 years experience and can try assessing as an insurance agent. |
Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by tunlex01(m): 3:29am On Aug 12, 2022 |
Pimiento:There is just 1 sales role: sales manager but you need to be reporting directly to the CEO. Are you? |
Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by soulamanne(m): 5:43am On Aug 12, 2022 |
Saynoomore: so some states like NSW,SA ,VIC.etc will still require you to go to their own state portal and fill what they call Registration Of Interest (ROI) that they will use alongside the skillselect EOI by the fed govt/DHA.One of the information they will ask you there is your EOI ID.It is important to note these states so one does not just fill the EOI and not fill their ROI |
Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by Saynoomore: 7:35am On Aug 12, 2022 |
soulamanne: Okay, if I get you, this means an applicant must go the federal portal to register for EOI first, before visiting the various state portals to complete their respective ROIs. When the state nominates you, they grant you a +15points to add to your federal account portforlio, which increases your points on the federal portal. In the event of a draw on the federal portal, your chances of being selected increases. This is comparable to the Canada's PNP and Federal draws? Am I right? |
