Please send mail to paystack.... you money is hanging with paystack not NIS... Also, online application works very smooth and fine. I paid only the 26k online payment... i no get shishii to give any immigration officer. ... I got a captured date and captured and the paasport is out in 7 weeks in Alausa Ikeja.

alot of people are in useless hurry which gave the NIS upper hand to bill you very well....

Re: Applying For Nigerian Visa Reissue Online by iamclime(m): 5:50pm On Aug 09, 2022
Go to the immigration handle on Twitter and make a complaint. They'll attend to it

And for those doubting if the online process works, yes, it works, though not perfectly! I applied through it for my renewal (₦26k) and have since collected my passport. You can even track the process on the immigration website.
It's just that many Nigerians either don't want to do the right thing, have patience for processes, or obey the law. People believe so much in cutting corners, while others wait too late before applying, considering the timeline and other delays.

chai bros, yhu for no try am sha. Naija goverment has the worst online customer services.

Anything that involves payment online to any naija goverment sector is OYO.

Very very backward .

Many saying ur money gone, that's not possible, tag paystack, and NIS on Twitter, and that should resolve the issue. Your money might actually be hanging with paystack. Have heard stories about people successfully using the online platform to processes their passports.. In fact, I'm also planning to renew mine and get for my wife and son, got no shishi to give those immigration guys...

It has nothing to do with Nigerian Immigration Service(NIS), probably your money is hanging.
The right thing to do is to mail Paystack, attaching online receipt of payment, when a reversal is done, then you can pay online again.

I did this same Passport application in February and it was seamless.

unfortunately your money might be gone.
most government online payment na rubbish.
even if they respond you, it'll take a very long time so as to discourage you next time for trying to use the standard official way instead of normal sorting at their office which is way more expensive.
that's why many Nigerians prefer going their and pay more above normal price to get their passport just to avoid stories like this.

the official online payment na just cosmetics.
nothing works in Nigeria.
an average Nigerian is corrupt to the core.

Everything in Nigeria is stressful sad

I had similar experience. Contact the payment platform by phone. They'll refund you within 10 days

Online payment is not a scam, I applied online, made payment and booked my appointment date, on the date of the appointment, I was interviewed and after the interview, I did my capturing on the same day. Though I did my capturing around 9pm but it was successful

Print the proof of payment and the form and head to their office to make your complaint. They most likely won't reply your e-mail.

No, I didn't, since it was a reissue. But aside that, you have to be prepared to fulfill ALL the requirements there.
