The Law requires the minimum certificate to be a primary school one. I don't even know where mine is anymore. I went back to my primary school, and they told me I have to pay school fees from when I finished in the late 90s till date.

I kuku leave am for them.

Primary school cert is the minimum. If Tinubu brings a Master degree certificate, why should. we bother about the minimum?
