This is a 3.2 billion dollars deal, so his firm deserves the initial 450 million dollars it demanded, and that was agreed on; yet, here you are calling him a thief for insisting on collecting only 68 million dollars out of the 450 million. There is no way he is getting $68m without sharing it even to the last man that knew about it. If he likes, he can call a world press conference. Any fund emanating from deals involving Nigeria is an "arrangee". He knows it. I don't know much about international litigation involving foreign nations but shouldn't the payment have been routed through the attorney's escrow account? When Emeka Ugwuonye had issues with Nigerian Embassy in Washington, he hijacked his purported attorney fees first from such account and all hell was let lose by those waiting for their shares. grin
