In Brazil, you can insult the president and nothing would happen just don't threaten to kill the president but all other insults are allowed. In the video below you can see a Brazilian YouTuber insulting the president of Brazil face to face, he called the Brazilian president a "vagabond" and nothing happened, the guy is a free man, Even After the whole disagreement the Brazilian president even had to gist with him The former president of Brazil Lula is called Ladrao(Thief) and there is nothing that he can do about it and that is freedom and democracy. That seems like an accusation since you don't have any verified source for that. But saying the President is foolish in his economic policies.
