Of course he is better than the glazers. The only reason he is spending anyhow this season is because
1.We are in desperate need of players and the takeover did not happen early, hence why we are behind in the market.
2. He’s trying to gain the support and confidence of fans and the manager by investing
3. Our scouts are useless and we don’t have a DOF, so he can’t spend without getting cheated.
He has also said he wants to emulate Liverpool’s style of recruitment. That’s why he went after Michael Edwards……but Michael edwards is on a break from football. Unlike the glazers that have no mode of recruitment and just spend anyhow like yahoo boy wey just collect funds.
He also owns The LA Dodgers, and they are one of the best run sports teams in the US. I’m sure Roman knew he would be able to sustain the club that’s why he sold Chelsea to him.

At last mancity got Haaland for decent price unlike your club re buying lukaku for 100 million despite being the first club to scout him and bring him to a top league ,lukaku has played for about 4 epl teams and Chelsea is the only place he struggled .

Common sense should tell you that belotti and dybala aren’t young players ,but because of the fart in your brain you had to bring Haaland to the table,maybe pep should have gotten floplotti instead of Haaland ?
