These particular habits are really addicting, talking from experience, just avoid too much loneliness, in the night always try sleeping early to avoid acts leading to watching porn and subsequently masturbation, Stock your phone with brainy games that would always keep you challenged all the time, set a goal by considering your age mates that are successful and try beating the challenge. Humans like to be engaged in various things to keep them busy and it's either that thing is negative or positive. Of course, the end always justifies the means. In your own case, the end result is NEGATIVE. My advise, you need to get yourself busy again but this time positively, you can join a gym, music instrument learning class, learn boxing, tennis, play football, drumming (PUT YOUR ANGER ON THE DRUM SET). IN SUMMARY, look for something that engages you in such a way that when you practice it, it will earn you money. You can even go and learn POP, 3D wall painting installations. DONT SIT IN ONE PLACE, otherwise that demon of death will easily find you. PEACE.
