My biggest problem at the moment is that I've been having vagina discharge with foul smell which mostly happen after my period since 2020, i have carried out HVS, urine culture severally with yeast treatment but to no avail, it keeps reoccurring
Recently, I'm also having irregular cramps
I'm worried coupled with the fact that I am yet to conceive

that reoccurring yeast infection , pls while you were treating yourself did your husband got same treatment too? if that wasn't the case then it's likely that your husband is the one infecting you back with the yeast infection.

Yes my husband got his own treatment too at a time, we both treated eachother and it kept reoccurring
But even before i got married when i had no partner, it kept on reoccurring

so sorry dear. i would suggest you see a gynaecologist first so you would be rightly diagnosed and i think it would be better this way so you could be told the right medical tests to carry out and be told what to do since you've done all the tests and also got treated but no improvement is seen.

Your vaginal ph may have changed.
Do you douche? Use soap to wash your vagina?
You can do the "antibiotics regimen" I posted years ago and you and your partner follow it through. Or you get probiotics to help restore good bacteria to your system.
Wash your undies with hot water while on the antibiotics then discard them after then get new cotton full pants (no g strings).

So we ve been TTC for 2 years now although we ve been together for 4 years and we didn't conceive for one day.
So when we started doing all the necessary tests, we found out my wife had PID which gave her abdominal pains. We ve treated the PID, Treated the Infections, did Hsg which came out clear, checked for the womb which was okay, Checked my sperm count which was above 100 million with good mortility, so the doctor decided to Track her period and ovulation to check if she was shedding the eggs properly, on the First month of the tracking, he said the eggs didn't shed but formed cysts. he then placed us on Antibiotics and said the Cysts will clear, so the following month, we tracked it again and he said the egg was meant to shed on day 14 but as of day 13 he said we need an injection ( IM BHCG 5000 IU x2) to help the egg shed the following day, we paid and he gave her the injection and told us to do the baby dance on day 14th and come back to his office for the final results, we went back to the hospital and after the tracking, they said the Egg didn't shed and it has already Formed a cyst.


Please i need help on this.

Period blood is not from egg not shedding, its from uterine lining shedding....hence why someone with monthly bleeding doesnt necessarily mean they ovulate.

Did the doctor check her hormones prior to tracking? If yes, share the results here.
Did he give her clomid during the tracking days?
Is your wife overweight or underweight? Does she have hair on her chin

first off, fluid in pod especially after ovulation is most times common and nothing to worry about, did they confirm ovulation with the presence of corpus leuteum?

secondly I’ve never heard of endometrial size reducing except during period where the lining sheds, are you certain it was measured well?

I hope it was measured. This is the second time I'm experiencing such. The first time, the follicles reduced and I didn't ovulate, so my gynae prescribed a trigger shoton day 14 which I did. On day 14 the lining was 13mm, on day 16 it was 7mm.

I hope this helps. I was faced with similar situation. Regular menstral cycle may not be a good indicator that all is well with ovulation. Infact OPk strip predicting ovulation in 24/48hrs doesnt mean u actually did ovulate.Unless the way u actually did a scan to really know. In my case, eggs will mature but not drop,even with hcg inj.had cysts etc
For cysts...I chewed Alligator pepper and ginger.I didn't check on it but I stopped having pelvic pain which was usually caused by cysts for me. So I believed it worked.
For the eggs that didn't drop...I believed it was hormonal or not too good eggs. For that I just gave my eggs some vitamins. Ovaboost or vitE,ovacare. Just to make sure the eggs themselves are not malnourished.i also worked on balancing the hormones. And it worked
Can she check her hormones.does she have a short cycle?

According to her, she got to know in year 2020 and she's treated it countless time since she discovered but the infection keeps coming back. After recent treatment again, she couldn't sleep yesterday due to a pain in her stomach (she felt like her abdomen is going to cut) and when she seek medical advice, she was told that its due to the infection. Please, how can this infection be treated once and for all? What does she have to do? She's been to two hospitals already.
