Please, for a group submission does every member of the group/family have to pay a Flexi appointment fee each? Or one Flexi fee covers the whole group? 45k? Thank you

AskGod07:

Sorry bro, you can’t use company account fund for travel expenses, please try and build your account for the next 6 month, if you can try this method believe me you will get it this time. Place your self on a salary i.e by paying yourself monthly salary from your company account to your personal account for a duration of 6 month, depending on how your company is trading you can place your self on monthly salary of 500k or more with transaction remark (SALARY).

With this method as a company owner you can analyze your yearly income through the salary you are paying yourself, and have a specific amount you would be spending each month as your monthly expense.

When you are ready to apply next you will submit your company account along with your personal account. I will advise you not to travel as a family in your next application, maybe you and your wife first or you alone so your kids can stand as your tie back home.

Good luck!!!!

In addition, for the part where they mentioned that there is little evidence to demonstrate that your company is running at a profit and is financial stable, you would need to provide Tax clearance certificate of your company. That will give some insights about the financial status of the company when you re-apply... Good luck

Good evening house.
I did biometrics with my daughter as a single parent for health and care worker visa on 27th June 2022.
I received my passport from DHL with visa on 20th July but my daughter’s passport wasn’t sent instead UKVI requested for more documents for her, which I have sent.
I received an SMS just now from TLScontact that her passport is ready and will be delivered in a few days.
Please house, can she be denied her visa after mine is been granted?
Am scared because of the delay.
Hers took exactly nine weeks while mine was just three weeks.

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by AskGod07: 11:15pm On Aug 30, 2022
Not necessarily if you are luck to booked a free appointment date for all of them or different date within the same week, is not compulsory you should submit together because I did the same thing for my family.

Hi guys, good morning. I need your help I applied for a standard 2 years uk visit visa in June and got a refusal mail today 30th of august 2022. The content of d mail is not in any way related to me. My first passport was gotten in 2010 and my first 6 month visa to uk was in 2010. I also did my masters in uk in 2012 then I had a 2 years student visa. After d expiration of my student 2 years visa I also got another 2 years visiting visa in 2014. I have been in Nigeria since then. I applied for a 2 years visit visa now and was refused. In 2008 I was still an undergraduate not even gotten a Nigerian passport not to talk of a uk visa. I have never been deported nor had any criminal conviction both in uk and Nigeria, I don’t drive not to talk of driving license. I have never been banned nor seek asylum. I think there is a mix up with some other person’s application. Pls how do I sort this out what are my options. I will attach a copy of d refusal

Best of luck with this. Given the delays, I was not optimistic about receiving this in time for my planned trip on the 4th September but I have been pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround. Just hang in there.

I did get a sense that most people who picked up about the same time as I did where folks who had biometrics taken in June/July if this helps.

Congratulations,
My Mum's biomatrics was on 8th July and when tracked its showing received at DMC stage. Just sent paid mail and they replied it has been escalated. I pray she is granted

@Giselle please help me out on this TLS refund case. I haven't received any response from them despite multiple emails to them through their online forms.

Newbiein2016:
Good day everyone,

Really need help here. No update from TLS on this.

Is there a number I can call?

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Newbiein2016: 3:54am On Aug 31, 2022
In my experience, once you've selected a TLS center, your only cancellation option is to cancel the entire visa application and reapply.

The refund from the UKVI takes about 30 - 45 days but I'm yet to receive a refund acknowledgement from TLS since May 2022.

If you book on the APP it comes with a Reservation No.. which forms ur transaction comment

You infact send them a Mail, depending on the way u paid, they give u the conversion rate and account No to pay

If u paid with the standard chartered account No online without confirming from them or trying to know conversion rate before payment assuming it was quoted in Dollars .....

If you paid from the APP the ticket is supposed to show up as confirmed

Sometimes follow up, I hope ur reservation has not lapsed tho

Call their NOs too 234 1 2716723, 234 1 2798888

Hello if you think all the reasons in which they denied you were not relevant to you then you should go for administrative review btw which day in June did you apply and is this tourist visa or family visit visa?

Sorry for this missed-up. If your claims were genuine that mean the ECO searches home office DB without diligently and arrive at his/her decision. This is going to cost you a lot of money as you may need to get an immigration lawyer in UK with good reputation. The lawyer may sue the home office for false claims and negligence with a significant false representation. Do not reapply until you clear your name as your subsequent applications could be thrown into the bin of 10 years ban. Try to get a good lawyer to request for information, do UK police info search or certificate, UK court record search.

Moreover, you have a great chance of winning this case with some costs. you claimed you've never step foot into UK in 2008 and the ECO claim seems contradicting you travel history.

Relax and enjoy the show.

You need to be careful with UK immigration tho... but u have a very good case if the ECO denied u based on misrepresentation
