As a matter of fact, my refusal letter came within 2 months of application, and if it was that quick, I don’t know why the second time application would be this long.

I was refused based on financial status and personal assets, I initially paid 6kcad out of 16k, I had to pay full tuition and treated the VO’s concern about personal assets.

No you won't be able to use this ppr for a new school you would have to reapply and start afresh, so the options you have are to either wait for this study permit when you get it you reapply to that same school next year since it's the same dli number that will be on this study permit

Or you apply to a new school for January intake and pray you get admission asap so you can quickly update it on your ircc account before your study permit is approve

Once your study permit is approved and you want to change schools which is a change of Dli and you're still I'm Nigeria you would have to reapply for study permit

Walk into any dhl or UPS store, you can google & check for the one's near you.

This is the Address you will mail your documents to:

- Two photocopies of your international passport data page
- Your International passport itself
- passport request letter
- Biometric confirmation slip (the document you were given after u did your Biometrics)

Put everything in a Big Brown Envelope,

Write your FULL NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NO. & Email Address on the Envelope boldly

When you go to dhl, also indicate that you want a two way courier service. Then provide them the address you want your passport sent to when ready.
