If there's no official rom for it, you'll need TWRP and a custom Android 12 Rom like LineageOS, Resurrection remix (check your device's codename to know which distro will be compatible) and then do one or two things to flash the Android 12 ROM.

There's a ROM I'm trying to remember that gets OTA (will add it when I remember).

The ROM I was trying to remember is HavocOS

Device overview is good but Umidigi, like Tecno and Infinix, needs to work on giving us a reliable service center.

Pls i bought UMIDIGI POWER 5s on Jumia 3 weeks ago and started using it last week. It suddenly went blank when I plugged it at 42% on Wednesday. When I tried to switch it on immediately, it vibrated and brought up light but it was not displaying anything...
