abir:I feel for her, worst of it all is the fact that, those so called street urchins are people that knew her very well. Those local miner's eating our own, won't even acknowledge your presence while working on the farm.As God could have it,the maize dried up spontaneously, some of them started dumping the dry corn after harvesting. They made the harvest easier for us paradoxically 1 Like |

Dear Diary, A peep into my farm today It pays to be daring, this land would have wasted for nothing. My groundnut and Bambara nut are doing pretty well.I won't be able to harvest groundnut before planting beans this month ending but, there's a way out Note:This is the land our Estate management says no one should farm on it because of security we decided to plant cover crops only, after all it's not corn and millet that grows taller and serves as criminal hideout :-XDespite all the safety measures put in place, when our enemies show face for back of Zuma Rock last month, all occupants run for safety Thomas Hobbs (State Of Nature) comes to mind 6 Likes

Dear Diary, Tonight I want to share my little secret with you Whatever I planted on my farm at the back of Zuma Rock I always replicate it in my garden at home the reason is because I want to be observing what's going on in the farm using the garden as a connecting point We all know beans takes three days to germinate abi? I didn't get to the farm today but I can categorically tell from home the rate of maturity of my beans on the farm Check the picture below as taken from my garden this evening,I planted this beans same day I plant the ones on the farm. Good night beloved diary, sleep beckons 2 Likes |
