Are you serious right now? Project since late 2000s. We are in 2022 and you're asking if the project is delayed or abandoned. What difference does it make?

Let's get serious here for a second. Some of these projects have been in the pipeline since the end of Tinubu's tenure, early into Fashola. So pardon my pessimism. Their track record justifies it.
