If i had known about FOB, i would not have spent 55k on a brand new router as that would have gotten me the installation plus 1 month sub. I am spending 13k a month on Swift and average speed with IDM is around 3-4Mb/s. Whilst using speed-test, its hitting 30mbps downloads and 7mbps uploads. Its a bloody Huawei CAT7 router with Cat 6 ethernet cable. Even though there is no FUP and downloads are truly unlimited during the free nights, i am not satisfied at all. I am getting frustrated with these speeds atimes and i have to seriously plan on getting FOB at the end of the year as fortunately they are in Festac Town now. I would like to go for the first plan which shows 16mbps but i am worried if my downloads will actually peak at that value as per see scamming from Swift...

This is a very decent speed you're getting from your internet provider. You should have no problems especially if you're into IPTV.

And yes, true fibre connectivity is worth every penny spent to acquire it. I'm hooked to FibreOne and I can attest to that.

Bro na so Tizeti go assure u of good network just to collect your money. Once they set u up on Monday, wahala don start on Tuesday be that.. Na fight una go dey fight as from Tuesday.. Trust me

VDT communications is another nonsense network who assured me of coverage in my area. Spent almost 10k on getting the sim plus data only to realise the speed is as bad as ntel with downloads hovering in kb/s in 2022. The problem with these ISPs is that they are not policed. The sell you on the fact that there is coverage when looking at their websites but by the time you finally invest with the belief all is well, na lie. That Belief resemble hell fire. NCC is just a waste of an organization. You can't try this crap abroad and get away scot-free. The only LTE network that works in my area with no issues is Swift. Spectranet, Ntel, and now VDT dont.

When I download with torrents I get 2-3MB/s upwards that's why I said 20+mbps

If money isn't an issue, I'd recommend Apollo Group TV any day. That's what I use at the moment and it's the best I've used so far in my IPTV sojourn. It's got DSTv channels covered and a lot more live TV channels as well as movies and TV shows.

You're actually correct. A fellow Nairalander brought this to my attention a while ago and that was when I discovered it. I want to believe there's some maintenance going on there as I don't even have access to my account. Give it some time and try it later. When it's good to go, you can as well download the Startup Show app on your Android phone/tablet or streaming device to use. The Apollo Group TV app is simply the Startup show app rebranded in the Apollo name.

For the avoidance of any doubt, the attached picture shows what their website looks like so you don't get misdirected somewhere else. There are quite a number of pseudo websites pretending to be Apollo Group TV. Take note of the URL.
