Maybe the screen got detached from the motherboard.

All in all, visit Cell Phone Repair to sort it out. They are Umidigi service centre.


Thank you for this suggestion, umidigi service centre is in lagos and i am in akure .
I will try out a phone repair at akure next week

Hello house, my umidigi a7 pro stop touching (calibration)and the screen is intact it doesn't break. I couldn't do anything with the phone. Please is it the screen or can it be repair without getting a new screen.

Unfortunately, you'd have to get a new screen. Which doesn't come cheap. Hold 26-28K.

It will make your work easier and seamless.
