I always wakeup early by 5am to run on a street 30 to 50 kilo meters i also has dump ball but after the fitness,
i always think which type of food can someone's eat after execise to make the body healthly

Eat akpu and eba mixed together with egusi soup, morning, afternoon and night. Wash it down with cold palm wine

30km is long OP. Please review that distance.

That's equivalent of 75 laps around a standard football pitch. Footballers run average of 10-11 km per game in top leagues.
