What really happened? How did he defraud you? We may learn one or two from your experience. We never know who will be the next victim of such tactic.

But from your story..it seems dude isn't even a certified fraudster..since he has a legitimate job that pays him monthly. The real question is how will our banks help us recover money moved from some ones account when these ediots steal a phone or get hold of ones atm card. Which account do they move this money to? How come our banks don't ever have answers to this?

You got scammed again...this time by the court. Why pay them that much (10%) for doing their work?

The fraudster can challenge this Order. He can sue the bank for paying you also. He was not made a party in the application that gave rise to court order. That's a fundamental defect in the suit. The order can't stand.

He should have been made a party to the suit and served through the bank.

Will he cover that cost? Why not renegotiate for him to cover that since you will be patient for the repayment?
