The customer care told me he has 80% of the money in his account that with my consent, they'll unfreeze it and pay me or I can wait till it's complete and take all... they were certain because it's a salary account... money must enter.

Though the guy pleaded with me to be paying 20k monthly buy omooorr I don't think I'll have such patience. The bank told him to be paying the 20k into his account till it completes.

Of cause they are. If not any random person cannot just get your information right. I received a call last week where the thief called me that he is from the customer care of my bank seeking to update some nonsense. The funny thing is the crook knew everything about me including the so called BVN our incompetent government told us should be kept secret. How he was able to get it I don't know. This simply shows we are at the mercy of God in this country cos who knows where our data is stored and who has access to them. Its just like the so called NIN they told us would reduce criminality but fraudsters, and kidnappers are still having a field day using their lines.

How much business will their thief customer bring that will make a bank flunt a court order. Abi don't you know banks are the best set up to sue? Why, that is where the money is!
Once a court other is served on the bank, records will show if that account was touched. If it was, then bingo, you don hammer, no be your money them thief you go the seek, na the bank money you go de after!

Any reason why he refused to honor his own part of the deal after collecting your money? I really wonder what goes on in their heads. How do you keep someone's money and refuse to even return it. Now, he begs. When you refuse, bystanders will play the "you are heartless" cassette.
We need to do better as a people.

Eco bank is the worst. Since March they have refused to unfreeze my account and still want to hold my remaining last 30K in my account saying it is erroneous transfer I said from whom? They refused to comment or reply. Even the the headquarters of eco bank don’t respond to their staff at their bank.

All Eco bank staff does is to chat with free wifi amongst themselves and be roasting themselves. They will say it’s erroneous transfer so that they can transfer the money and keep within themselves they are thieves and will all die untimely death
