Since the banana fruits is insides my compound which is my property and the banana tree is on his compound, we shall share it 50/50 illegally. I will be removing the ripe ones from the tree to drink garri every afternoon and leave the unripe ones for the owner

Since the fruit is in my compound space it belongs to me,I go cut am chop and nothing go happen.

We're taught that you mustn't touch it, but trace the branches to the tree trunk to ascertain the ownership of the tree and also the fruits. So, for me this wouldn't have been a strange development. I would cut down banana bunch and take it to my neighbour, the owner.
