You will experience that if you are trying to use your card to pay for someone who's name is not the exact one on the card. They only allow using the exact card as the name of the applicant for payment
Follow the guide on their portal to register the card if you want to use the card for someone else.

Hi. Pls when did you pay for the passport? I am trying to pay for renewal but prompt I got was to first upload my credit card , bank statement and ID first. Did you experience similar issue?

Wise doesn't accept Nigerian cards.

Other alternatives;

1. Send by Flutterwave.

2. If you have email indemnity set up on your account, you can instruct them to do foreign transfers for you.

3. ATM withdrawal. Use a bank ATM to reduce the charges.

Closing Remark: Nigerians dey suffer in the global financial market. We're limited by payment solutions - no thanks to our weak economy and policies.

You can use TransferWise

@Justwise and other gurus..

Are earnings from survey site subject to tax or are they classified as self employed?

Response will be appreciated

justwise:

This got nothing to do with your previous answer.

And to your question… yes I expect the person to read the student visa rules before considering coming to the UK to study and if the rule says no self employment then it’s what it’s else consider other countries with favourable student visa rules.

If you get caught working as self employed then your interpretation and excuses here hold no water.

Can you share the link you used pls. Maybe I went to the wrong website.

Funny enuf I just googled renew Nigerian passport in uk. it took me to the Nigerian high commision website, which then linked me to the innovate1 interface where you fill in your details, I made payment and then clicked the link in the acknowledgement slip to book appointments. Make sure you print your application form, payment receipt and acknowledgement slip. Appointment dates are around Nov.

But e happens ooo

On 13th of March 2014, persons in Crimea went to bed, on the 14th August 2014 woke up to it being Russian territory.

Similar history happened yesterday.

These days you may not even need to use the toilet to find yourself in another country.

Good afternoon everyone and happy independence.

Please I am looking for a room for couple around Romford in Essex.

Please anyone renting or knows someone should pm me. We arrive on the 20th of October and have no family in that environs.

Please help us. We will pay the rent, we are not students and we are neat, quiet and friendly people.

Thank you.

I greet the house oh. Please, is it possible to send funds from a Nigerian dollar account to a bank account in the UK?

If it's not possible, what other alternatives do I have to transfer money from Nigeria to a UK account? I'd really appreciate a reply. Thanks in advance.
