The US normally send her soldiers to war she has already won. When you impose arms embargo on your enemy to make sure that they don't get weapon from the international market (except black market) and at the same time impose economic sanctions to make it impossible to fund a war. Then you have already conquered your enemy.

The Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Libya e.t.c don't have 3rd generation fighter like Ukraine to protect their skies or do they have S-300 or BUK to protect their skies. There Military is not as capable as Ukrainian military. Although they have men that are ready to die and fight endlessly. But they don't have sophisticated weapons some weak (militarily) countries in Europe have. They are masters of guerilla warfare because they have not choice. They are not capable of fighting conventionally.

Ukraine is a developed country (compare to Iraq & Afghanistan). Almost all the regions in Ukraine are developed. There are urban areas everywhere in Ukraine. The more urban area a country has, the more you will loose soldiers when you are in a war with such country. In Mariupol for example, the Russians fought building by building. This is the reality of urban warfare. When you have to clear a building, then move to the next without the help of your air force. US ground forces rely heavily on air force. Anytime they face strong resistance, they call on air strikes. You can't do this in an urban area. In Iraq and Afghanistan apart from their capital and may be their second largest cities. The rest are desert. Russia went in with insufficient troops and miraculously they manage to stay in the fight. I believe that after the war, the Western media will tell us how courageous the Russians are. Israel lost a lots of their soldiers when invaded the capital of Lebanon, mostly in the urban area.

I strongly believe that no country in the West will choose to fight in Ukraine in this kind of situation. So comparing the US invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq with Russian invasion of Ukraine unfair.

It is my belief that today’s strike all over Ukraine was planned to see the extent Ukraine, NATO, EU and the US will retaliate. In war no chess piece is moved without an objective.

They are promising more aids and advanced air defense systems. I am yet to figure out the red line Putin talked about in terms of Western support and involvement.

Air raid sirens are all across Ukraine:
Flights of cruise missiles are recorded in different regions.
Rocket launches from the Caspian in the direction of the Dnipropetrovsk region were recorded.

The Israeli progressive weak and transitional “government of change”, surrendered to Hezbollah’s war threats and gave the Lebanese government as a gift Israeli territory to include all of the disputed Sidon (qana) gas field in Lebanese hands.
All of that less than 3 weeks before elections are held in Israel.

All these fools. So the Ukrainian attack on crimean bridge is not an attack on civilians. Honestly I feel sorry for Putin. The guy truly loves the Ukrainians and perhaps that's his main weakness. Even though he knew how important it was to defeat ukraine he wanted to do it with the least possible casualty and in doing that, endangered his own people. I believe he would have been deposed by the more hawkish Russian elite if he hadn't stepped up the campaign like this.

Report of another extensive Russian attack in Ukraine:

Zaporizhia has been shelled for the third day in a row, along with targets in Odesa, Lugansk, Donetsk, Kherson and other regions.

According to the reports, the Ukrainian defense systems managed to intercept many cruise missiles and drones launched by the Russians, but at least some of them also hit their targets. Among the targets hit by Iranian drones - a power plant in the city of Vinnytsia

Justice by invading another country to stage sham referendum. They should have mercy on 80,000 plus and counting Russian casualties. I can see Putin has switched to hard negotiation phase at the same time his online armies are.

They have to protect their national interest and Sovereignty by stopping NATO expansion and Ukraine getting nuclear weapons..

What was US reason for Invading Afghanistan that is thousand miles away from American borders??

Land mass doesn't mean much in terms of quality of life or standard of living. Niger Republic is bigger than Nigeria but that doesn't mean Niger Republic has a better standard of living than Nigeria. Ukraine is also bigger than Netherlands , but that doesn't mean standard of living in Ukraine is better than that of the Netherlands.

A P-37 long-range air-to-air missile was spotted in the sky over Ukraine. Its maximum range is ~300 km. Perhaps it was used by the Russians as a false target to reveal air defense
