My advice for those who have a bachelor degree and above: register with Coursera for just 49 dollars and do some professional courses within a month. Create a profile with indeed.com, simplyhired.com or higheredu.com and apply through them for remote works in any part of the world. I work for another university in Europe as part time instructor for $700 dollars a month. I also have a YouTube channel where I upload some of my lecture videos and that one too is bringing something. I feel so bad for many people's experiences here

I did interview with one popular company in Nigeria and I was happy until I saw that the interviewer is a Chinese and it's own by Chinese, my heart just pause immediately, I lost interest.

Byteworks Technology Run away from this company the owner and the CTO are criminals they first send in fake adverts for employment when you come you will do work of 5 people and still will not pay you complete and ontime. Had a terrible experience working there as a software developer. They keep employing every month and people keep leaving in numbers every month.

There is no any law protecting employee in this country. Even some government officials that manage to go round once they package small food inside takeaway for them and small cash inside envelope. That's the end of their inspection In that company.

I heard a story about someone I know ,he works at these be of these Chinese company .., meanwhile he got to his notice That the HR were asked to pay 3-4k per each people working but guess what does evil people ,the cut short the money from to 1000 and pay 1000 instead of the 3000 that was mandated

1. They Pay graduates peanuts.(Workload isn't commensurate with Salary.... They're ripping off graduates)
2. Harsh working Conditions.
3. You work 6days in a week with no public holidays.
4. You're not permitted to eat the Restaurant's food( be it wastes or any sort as youd be dismissed instantly)
5. You must develop high blood pressure as you need to explain daily and monthly the decline in sales.
6.14working days leave.
7. High service within the Managers (Area/Regional)

Any of the Managements seeing this, you know i ain't lying.

Shitty Organisation you have there.

Work on your Employees renumeration... Your LTO is bad.
