It's amazing how Nigerians can make claims and build entire arguments on personal opinion or simply on what they believe or wish to be true.

On the contrary, they benefitted the most. Besides being filled into security agencies and federal agencies, they also got more than they bargained for in the area of banditry and terrorism cheesy cheesy cheesy they made buhari their choice hence they have to live with the consequences of that.

Whether they benefit or not is immaterial. The presidency should come to the south as far as I am concerned.

But Tinubu says he wants to continue from where Buhari stopped.

Abi this Ogunlewe is now doing anti-APC campaign?

Buhari has piped the gas from the south to the northern Nigeria, hoping to build three huge gas treatment plants in three northern cities to employ tens of thousands of people. Whereas the easterners where the gas deposits are found shall be looking like lucozade.

The northners did not benefit anything from Buhari and Apc and you still still want them to vote for the same APC. You see as this man stupid? You are targeting their bloc votes when they did not benefit anything for the past 8years from APC. Okay, they should support APC because of Tinubu. Idiots

I don't know why we always fail to tell ourselves the truth. All regions in Nigeria vote on sentiment, either tribe or religion. Right from independent to date, even the North you claim don't vote on sentiment is completely wrong assertion. Northern nowadays only vote on sentiment, gone are the days for this. Even the present government, try to check the result of 2015 election, the facts are there. If this ugly trend should be stopped, then every segment of our society should be reoriented. So that we will have good governance in this country.

Re: Ogunlewe: Northerners Benefited Nothing From Buhari’s Eight Years As President by Reference(m): 10:07am On Oct 12, 2022
Mr. Ogunlewe is desperately trying to extricate his principal from the present regime at this dying hour when the horse has bolted.
In those days the slogan used to be PDP has failed.... rightly.
Now it is their turn in the spotlight, the song has changed to 'President Buhari has failed'.... not the APC.

This is the crux of the matter.
The stark reality facing Nigeria and whether this nation is willing to build a system of democracy based on values of which the cornerstone is clear. If a government fails, the party is changed.
That was the basis of the emergence of the APC in 2015 and was widely recognized as a good step and the right way forward.

This will make the concept of continuity important within political parties and all their stakeholders will be more serious about delivering good governance whether they hold offices presently or not.

I did say months if not a couple of years ago that Mr. Tinubu either speak up against the shoddy governance of the present regime or begin to detach himself from it. For if the regime became unpopular, the party will suffer for it as well. He hung on to the bitter end and now wants to abandon ship, abandon the legacy of the Buhari led government when it has set sail. How can one do that without drowning.

Too late in my view.
I have said it before and I will say it again.
If the APC is re-elected into government after 7, going 8 years of wishy-washy governance then it means the gains of 2015 have been lost, our democracy regressed and Nigerians will have appended perhaps for a long time to come, poor governance which in saner climes has grave electoral consequences.
Re: Ogunlewe: Northerners Benefited Nothing From Buhari’s Eight Years As President by Abemy(m): 10:09am On Oct 12, 2022
I refute the claim that northerners benefits nothing, the free will they have to kill, steal, maim etc is the greatest thing they ever wanted, and they have it free of questioning or prosecution.

Bokoharam sympathizers are all over in government and the same regime has projected one of the greatest conspirators who masterminded the historical Chibok girls kidnapping to be our vice president.

Have we forgotten the confession of one of the girls, that they spent some hours in the Borno government house before been taken to Sambisa forest?

What an Islamic strategy!

Apc is not controlling the government but buhari.

If obi had gotten pdp ticket, would you remind of us of their 16 years failure?

You should be adult enough to be able to differentiate between party and individual, their records and capabilities.
