No one is dodging shadows. I am from Anambra and i was among those then who criticized Obi, and it was because we started loving Ngige then and Ngige was delivering based on roads, but PO surpassed him that in due time most of us who disliked him started loving his methods because it actually positioned Anambra very well from what it used to be during Mbadinuju.
