drlateef:You’re delusional if you think Lagos economy is that big to seek secession. Lagos heavily relies on Nigeria’s 200million population, if Lagos were to be a country of her own, do you think, she’ll gain all these investment she’s getting. Never! Lagos is not attracting these sort of investment because of Tinubu’s magic Wand, that’s a fat lie. Lagos is attracting this investment because of the huge 30 million market and the potential to supply over 160million people. That’s what is drawing these investment nothing more |

ba7man: The violence is not rampant ....it is random....and mostly ochestrated by Nigerian intelligence agencies to discredit ESN and IPOB! the criminality embedded in the agitation cannot last when the major issues are trashed out! Release MNK and allow him to go about his agitation in a peaceful way.........whatever rights he eventually wins will benefit everyone else.........A democratic government has no business shooting and executing unarmed protesters...............at the same time allowing fulani herdsmen to run amok across the nation. No matter how loud mouthed you may think MNK is ,he did make some salient points......if you think otherwise, then you are hating on him for some ethnic or religious reasons! |

LegendHero: The Dream that turned Lagos into an Economic Powerhouse was Awolowo’s Awolowo was Jailed for that Dream Though it may sound hilarious today Awolowo was trying to overtake Europe He even insulted the British that he had done more for his People in 4 years than the British had done for them in 60 years But with hindsight Awolowo should have humbled himself and listened to the British more Nigeria was not yet ready for independence in 1960 |

candidtalk: Let us for a moment agree with you that tinubu and all you who supported buhari to power couldn't read his mind. Buhari was head of state in 1983. Are you saying that you, Tinubu and all who supported him to power didn't see his performance which was below par? Let's assume that you guys didn't. Between 2015 to 2019, what was buharis performance that warranted you, Tinubu and others to reward buhari with another term? If you say Buhari had his own private agenda, what was that private agenda? Did his performance in 1983 and 2015 not tell you the type of person he is? But yet Tinubu said about buhari: "His words at the time were; “Every nation has a period of their own challenges, when America was challenged, they turned to one great man, their ex-military general, General Eisenhower. When the French were challenged, they turned to their general, Charles de Gaulle. “When Britain was challenged, they turned to their general. Today, Nigeria is economically and physically challenged so we turn to General Muhammadu Buhari. He is the right man for the job. If you talk about military experience, he has it abundantly, he has courage, simplicity, he has it abundantly. “If you talk about great determination, a combination of vision and ability to perform, honesty and integrity, he has it abundantly. “I laugh when the incapable government, ‘Poverty Development Party’ PDP were talking. They have nothing again to say, they now want to question the qualifications of General Buhari and look for his certificate”. https://dailypost.ng/2021/09/01/flashback-how-bola-tinubu-spoke-highly-of-buhari-in-2015-named-pdp-poverty-development-party/ |

Peppysco: Your hypocrisy oozes You just ended up with senseless epistle...you just concluded that my region is in total disarray while reality is that you haven't made it past the boundaries of ondo state, shouldn't you be ashamed of yourself?? Below is my neighbourhood that is in disarray

BossGerald: And you're proud of this? |
Re: Pictures Of Lekki Deep Seaport by Peppysco: 8:26pm On Oct 29, 2022 |
BossGerald: So easy to pick a random picture online and lay claim to it, not even surprised, many of you even deny your region when your lies are bursted. Anyways, by disarray, I wasn't only referring to infrastructure, but also the insecurities, misgovernance, brain drains to other states or regions etc, which I clearly mentioned in my earlier comment. So, do well to understand what 'disarray' means before rushing to quote me again. |

Re: Pictures Of Lekki Deep Seaport by CheapHomes1: 9:26pm On Oct 29, 2022 |
kolaaderin: Who are the "you people" you are referring to? Meanwhile, you haven't answered my questions. How did buhari sideline Tinubu and how is that responsible for his failure? Are you saying that buhari had no idea about how to govern nigeria without Tinubu yet he was touted by Tinubu and APC as the solution to Nigerias problems? |
Re: Pictures Of Lekki Deep Seaport by BossGerald: 9:34pm On Oct 29, 2022 |
Peppysco: Lol, random picture?? You see why you're irredeemable, you never believed such serene environment can be common and obtainable in the region you so much detest. Well, since you've never crossed the boundaries of ondo state, I'd love to let you know that the place is not even in the three major cities in Anambra state. To you, your region started and ended in lagos state...I've more pics for you anyways.

BossGerald: Ignorance is really decimating your thinking, dude. I mentioned infrastructure and many other anomalies that put your region in disarray and all you gotta show me are two different building pictures, you clearly aren't worth my time. Do me a favour, read and understand my two comments on the thread before you quote me again cos if you yarn dust again, just gonna ignore you like you never existed. Ciao |

Tonim: the topic says "lekki deep sea port". your screen shot says "lekki free trade zone". so which vision are you referring to? |
Re: Pictures Of Lekki Deep Seaport by Tonim(f): 1:51pm On Nov 20, 2022 |
CheapHomes1: The Lekki deep sea port is located in the Lekki free trade zone (LFTZ), which was conceived by Tinubu. LFTZ made the sea port (and the other investments such as Dangote refinery) possible. |
Re: Pictures Of Lekki Deep Seaport by CheapHomes1: 3:54pm On Nov 20, 2022 |
Tonim: How did LFTZ make lekki sea port, dagote refinery and other investments possible? What are those other investments?
|
Re: Pictures Of Lekki Deep Seaport by Tonim(f): 4:05pm On Nov 20, 2022 |
CheapHomes1: LFTZ was conceived by Tinubu. Please note that I said conceived by Tinubu, not owned by Tinubu. Once the zone was in place, Dangote and others came on board to invest in the zone. Please do a google search to find the other investments in the LFTZ. |
Re: Pictures Of Lekki Deep Seaport by CheapHomes1: 4:17pm On Nov 20, 2022 |
Tonim: So you didn't do google search before you concluded that there are other investments in LFTZ? If there are other investments, then do your "google search" and provide a list of those investments. Are you saying that if there was no LFTZ and dangote wanted to build a refinery, it would have been impossible? If Tinubu "conceived" LFTZ, what did Tolaram group do? |
Re: Pictures Of Lekki Deep Seaport by Tonim(f): 4:25pm On Nov 20, 2022 |
CheapHomes1: Tolaram was the investor that came in after the LFTZ was conceptualized by Tinubu. Please do a google search for the investments in the LFTZ. Thanks. |
Re: Pictures Of Lekki Deep Seaport by CheapHomes1: 4:30pm On Nov 20, 2022 |
Tonim: Are you saying that you didn't do google search before you concluded that there are other investments in LFTZ? Are you saying that you lied or made an unverifiable claim when you said "other investments"? If there are other investments as you claim, why can't you clearly state them using your own "google search"? Are you saying that if there was no LFTZ and dangote wanted to build a refinery, it would have been impossible? Pls read the screenshot below
