See guy, everybody has his own share of the breakfast ooh, couple of weeks ago I told my mum to pls take good care of my daughter, you have to see how my mum was practically crying and paranoid..

As I am like this, I am into a mini depression, church a no dey go again, cant remember the last time I fasted, prayer is not my tin, a con become wicked..

Imagine me telling my parents that if I find out they are the ones behind my predicament they won't find it easy..lol...

Bro make I just shutup before I offend God, God should forgive me .

But bro... Hmmmmmm, my own dey my body ooh, but I thank God cus He's alive and always be alive.

Whatever you do don't go diving into spiritualism and darkism because you will hear nd see exactly what you feared!

You don't know the feeling of getting that kind of money without hard work.

Trust me that "i was feeling invisible" only people that have experienced the high of spending on that level will tell you.

You spend without checking your debit alerts... it's a kind of high different from cocaine....you spend on anything or "anywhat" you want.

No time to dey think of those things. Only maybe when down to last couple of millions you will start thinking of what to do but at that moment your high cost & standard of living lavishly will keep draining you heavily.

Abeg the story long.

And mind you the person at that time is not financially educated on what to put money in that's why he put half back into gambling.

Everyone get story mk i no talk my own. I was rich enough to afford a patek watch in cash, i had a range rover sport 2017 model.... abeg mk i stop mk man no go shed tears.

Better days ahead to everyone.

This time i hope we learn from our mistakes & be better for ourselves & Family. Fvck Fake friends.

Feel like 90% of Nigerians are going through this shvt!!!! Coz why else can’t I sleep at night!! Is it the feeling of being lost Omoh!!!

It’s well.
Seriously I learnt so much from this thread.
Summary of the lessons
1. When you’re rich , be humble
2. Look out for yourself and plan ahead for unforeseen events
3. Help people around you to grown ( some of them will always come back to reciprocate)
4. Weather you’re a believer or not, life will still show you shege
5. Money that’s not put into work will finish no matter how much
6. Not all opportunities lost can be regained
7. Life happens to anyone, but we’re mostly architects of our misfortune.
8. People especially women will lose respect for you when you go broke .
9. Surrounding oneself with lovely family and friends is very important
10. Que sera sera, whatever will be will be.

So? If humans can't explain or figure out something, does that prove your god is real?

@emboldened

Your experiences are telling you that there is no god and prayers are useless. You have seen that outcomes occur regardless of prayer, but you misconstrued life's teaching and saw it as god doing whatever he pleases and as "what will be will be".

Isn't this remarkably similarly to God's non-existence and the facts that we are on our own and life will run its course as if there is no God?

Love your comment. How can you say prayer is useless and still believe God exists? That we don't know how the sun or moon or oxygen came about does not mean anything to me..

I am an atheist and don't believe in those things. For over 10 years now I've not prayed nor performed any ritual. I live my life without believing that there's a supreme being out there caring for me. Whatever I need, I work towards it and seek help from my fellow humans.

When bad things or disappointments happen how do you cope? I mean have you never felt like God is punishing you and felt the urge to pray?

If i am to seek help from you now to survive the night(although I haven't nothing to eat). And I am being positive that something for the night might show up.. and at the end it doesn't. .

Who do I fault? My inability to be able to provide for my daily meal or some supernatural being?
You have yourself to blame and not some supernatural being.
I want to believe you leave the house hoping that something positive would you follow you back home.
Yes, but that doesn't mean things can't go south. I always hope for the best and also prepared for the worst, that way I don't get too worked up when things don't go as planned.

By rituals I meant you do have a belief being an atheist or not... you do believe in something that drives you?
My passion and survival instinct is what drives me.

When bad things happen to me, I take solace in the fact that worse things has happened to other persons and they are still moving on. Bad things happen to everyone, both the religious and non religious, it's just part of life.

Since I left everything about religion, I've never felt like god is punishing me or the urge to pray. Why would I feel like something I don't believe in is punishing me?

Hmm interesting thread
I had access to the corridors of power as a LG deputy speaker between 2007 and 2010.
I have shook hands with the governor, met many people that matters in politics.
My greatest mistake is not taking advantage of the privilege then.
I contested house of assembly primary election under PDP and lost. I was promised a slot in the incoming govt. if I remain in the party but I refused.
I spent millions and bought ACN ticket (the candidate stepped down for me).
Spent the little savings I made from my tenure and borrowed heavily to finance the election in 2011 with assurance from my god father backing me up (who died before the election)
Unfortunately, I lost the election and sold all my landed Properties to pay off my debts.
My political god father's death cut short my political journey seriously
Those days as an incumbent in a major oil producing local government, the money was flowing. To cut the long story short, I ended up with 7 official baby Mama's now but no wife. I didn't toast any of them for one day, they simply made themselves available.
The story too long abeg

Please come in and share your story for some of us to learn because it seems I am finding it hard to get back to my glory days.

You are still considering chief?

Remembered going to one school to request for the post of a cleaner (more like keeping the evironment clean. Weed the grass and sweep the compound). Although I was told they already someone.

The owner of the school called me back when I was about leaving asked me if I could teach that I sounded like an educated person. I just tell am no I can't teach.. although I don teach for one adult eduction school like that..

He gave me 5h that day say make I use chow.

Please if you could get a napep job run am..

Are you not a graduate sir?

Why didn't you tell her you can teach?

At least, you would have gotten a teaching experience in NYSC.
even without that, you can start from zero experience.

Teaching is not by having gift and skill only, you can develop interest and Passion for it as times go on.

You can pick up the teaching job while you are still praying to get a better job.

Put ur trust in God and He will see you through.

I got into power at a young age (29). The buzz too much. But I made sure they are gainfully employed.
Many of them willingly want to have my child and they are very ok with it.
Unfortunately, I have an extra high sex drive, part of the reason I don't want to take any girl to the altar.
One woman can't satisfy me. My current gal I'm living with knows this.
It's a fact.

I placed them in key positions during my days of bubble.
FYI, one gave me 100k when I travelled to the East for mom's younger brother's burial

Lol

U want to rewrite a destiny u don't know how it was written, what was use to write it, on what table it was written, the type of pen used, the type of paper used, the language, the font, the letters(either capital or lower case), and finally for the purpose it was written... Lol, anybody that told me a destiny can be rewritten I see that kind of a person as a shallow minded fellow who wouldn't tink deep.

What gave u the assurance that u re not jeopardising a greater future if u want to rewrite a destiny just because of today's little challenges??(that is even if u re given the chance to rewrite it)

I see destiny as a software application, every software applications has its own source code, some are made open while some are not. In the case of destiny, its code are not made public, only the coder(knows what He programmed there, and only Him can do the manipulation (that is if he choose to))

A software will play out the way the programmer want it and not the way the user want it, so its difficult to manipulate..

Every counter views are valid in the talk of destiny...that is why it's called a mystery...
