Y’all are not really getting the legal point of view of this writeup. Even though I also support releasing a cctv footage of how the poor boy got to the poor without anyone in the entire mansion noticing to rule out foul play, it still doesn’t exonerate the nanny whose main and only job was to look after the child. She was being paid for nothing other than taking care of the boy 24/7. Imagine leaving a toddler to pick up a call? Her narrative doesn’t make sense. What conversation was she not comfortable to discuss in front of a 3-year old boy who didn’t even understand a thing?
I also want her off the hooks if footages and other evidences prove she’s innocent but she must be punished for negligence. Her only job was to look after the boy but she failed at it.
So back to the writeup, it says the Nanny could be charged for NEGLIGENCE which is right under the law and this shouldn’t be mistaken for being charged for murder.
