Why Are Politicians Afraid Of Debates? by GistFullGround: 6:28pm On Nov 07, 2022 |
During the last dispensation, Gen. Buhari refused to attend debates. Nigerians were not afforded the opportunity of hearing and analyzing his position of things. Some were chatting "change, change, change" until we found the country in the deep. Now some myopic ones have refused to understand why their lives are reversing thereby chatting "Emilokan, Emilokan, Emilokan" in the support of Tinubu, who has dodged attending the debates. This should tell you he has nothing to offer, yet some Nigerians are playing to the gallery. When the election comes & go, who would suffer?

It is inconsequential in the scheme of things. 70% of voters wasnt even aware a debate was conducted. so whats the use? If not for a cheap attempt at soliciting public sympathy for votes. |

lhordspy: Yes, because APC ensured that people are so poor that they won't buy television, so illiterate that they won't hear English, and so wretched that they cannot afford generators to power their house to see the debates. APC and PDP are a curse to Nigeria. Vote for Peter Obi. 2 Likes |

successmatters: You don't need to own TV to hear a debate there's something called a radio. Also people cam gather to watch debates at a particular location like they do for football games. |

successmatters: So poor to buy TV, so illiterate to 'hear English' ... You are not feeling fine right? APC is at its 7th year + of rulership and you are putting the blame of a man over 50years old inability to purchase TV for his home and Inability to understand spoken words - on APC. 50 - 7 = 43. He probably spent over 43 years playing ludo game waiting for APC administration to provide money for him to buy TV and enroll in school to learn English language. abi? You zombidients never cease to embarass yourselves in public. 1 Like |

Blue3k: Or you can always watch TV debates through your neighbours window You have to be very poor in your reasoning to be a member of APC or PDP. |

successmatters: You're questioning my reasoning when the clown crying people are too poor hear debates? Yes people gather together to watch things all the time. Lol you think these sort of things aren't relayed in other languages either? You labor mumus are something else. |
